I have to pay a toll fee, I shouldn't have to pay extra if I pay on time. I want to pay it now before it comes in the mail. but i have been told that you contract out the bills and I will have to pay an extra 3/4 dollars on top. I am aware it is only 3/4 dollars but still4.8 Mediocre
