Gloria and her colleague were super nice and friendly, I would say they were superhosts! Gloria sent me a text before my arrival and was super caring throughout our stay, with messages etc. The room is big, spacious, beautiful and very clean, and the bathroom was as great. We were left to do whatever we wanted, and at the same time, we knew that we could message Gloria for help etc. Gloria and her colleague spoke both English and Spanish so both my husband and I could communicate freely with them, which is superb. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the Piazza. Thank you Gloria!! I can definitely see future prospects in this endeavour.
Suggestions: Maybe include breakfast in the rooms, and a few toiletries to make the stay more comfortable. I would also include basic things e.g. cutlery and cups etc in each room so that guests wouldn't need to buy disposable ones.
It's location,nice & clean,lovely little balcony.
Had to leave the bedroom to use the kettle to make a hot drink. No breakfast available.
The location is fairly good for tourists if available at a moderate price. Our room had plenty of natural light and ventilation, including in the bathroom.
Despite being called "Bed and Breakfast Giulietta e Romeo" on the booking website there was no breakfast supplied and we were not aware of this until asking for a bill adjustment after leaving. There were some tea bags and a lame coffee pod machine in the hallway with no cups and no instructions. When another guest left a note asking for cups they were informed they should use the tiny flimsy plastic cups that were (somewhere) near the coffee machine. We were initially provided an incorrect entry code for one of the doors. Hard to resolve if you don't speak Italian when phoning the host.
wonderful location if you're in Verona for the opera at the arena - the accommodation is located just a few minutes on foot from the arena spacious room
no place where to put your stuff in the bathroom dirty floor in the room my friend said the coffee from the coffee machine in the corridor was not very good
Once we figured out where we were it was convenient to Piazza Bra, nice little restaurant 1/2 block away, and good coffee shop near by.
Location difficult to find and no signage except a a small 1”x3” tag on a door bell that stated BB. We range the bell, but person spoke no English. We should have been given the code to get in and the unit number we were staying in. Instead we had to text, then call her and she spoke little English. She finally text the codes and we able to get in.
