The owner is very nice. All clean.
The mattress was awful. The bathroom was too small. It's a house, not a hotel.
The owner (Roberto) was extremely kind and takes great care of his guests. Roberto sits with each guest to explain Verona in detail and is able to provide both tips and recommendations for places to see and eat. The property is in a prime location that is easy for walking and exploring both day and night. The breakfast was lovely, the rooms were clean, the location was perfect, and the price was right. Perfect stay - thank you Roberto! I hope to return one day.
Roberto was really nice and friendly. Breakfast was really good, a lot of choices. The room was really clean. The location was great, next to the arena. It was easy to find the b&b. We parked the car at the pam market next to the b&b which costs 15 euros a day, because it was hard to find a parking space on the street.
The bed was very narrow.
The property is located very close to the Arena in a modern building. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Roberto is a great host, very helpful, offered a cup of tea/coffee on arrival. Gave us an advice how to get around. We felt like we are visiting a family member. The breakfast was really generous for the fee we paid, served in a colourful and sparkling clean kitchen.
There are two main things: First was Roberto, very kind host and helpful who explained everything about the house and what to see in Verona (with great tips to dinner and so on). The second was the breakfast, very complete and diversified when I've had in hotels with less. Also the perfect location.
The noise. My room had the window to the street and I could hear people talking outside or because there are two supermarkets nearby, at dawn I started to hear cargo trucks. Plus, and even inside, I could hear people walking to the shared bathroom.
