The staff was very rude
my daughter and I were bit up by bed bugs and I have tried to reach out to the manager and yet to receive the call back or any interest in two what happened to us the staff was very rude very careless just the most awful experience I pleaded to try to be in contact with the manager not to get a refund but to make him aware of the incident that had took place my body was bit up from head to toe and all I wanted to happen was that room to be properly treated so this wouldn't happen to someone else but yet I've had no response they could care less all they want is their money
It was a homeless shelter. It accepts vouchers given by the state for homeless people that recieve welfare. I paid $80 a night to stay in a place that Was to digusting to shower in. I the room next to me was a family with at least 6 children. The man/father had tattoos all over his face and head. Scared me too death. I didn't see any bugs but that room had trash swept into a coner and left there. The rug was filthy and the smell was disgusting. I was in a non smoking room that reaked of marijuana and cigarette smoke. My room was upstairs. A LOT OF STAIRS! NO ELEVATOR. Was promised complimetary breakfast on line and was told when I arrived for breakfast that they do not offer that.
Needs a LOT of improvement!
Sheets, walls and carpets were stained. Bathtub was peeling. Ceiling looked like it had come down and repaired badly. Cigarette butts everywhere even though they claim to be non smoking. Had someone smoking pot right below our room in the doorway. Chairs had cigarette burns on the seats. Needed MAJOR updates and cleaning!!! Won't stay there again.
If you plan on getting rest go somewhere else. Hundreds of Bikers stop here and barbecue/party. They hang out on the porch/in front of your room. Yell, scream, drink, and fight. Don't bring your family. Not even the TV on full blast will mask the sounds of angry bikers.
Green Tree is little gem in Victorville
My girlfriend and I had a very quiet romantic stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the staff was very nice, and there were little extras that were a pleasant surprise. These included the large window in the room, the lobby was impressively decorated, there was a little saloon, and a cafe downstairs.
Very comfortable and peaceful
The cleaning staff needs to communicate better between shifts. I had a do not disturb tag on the door and the afternoon staff opened the door, I undressed lying on the bed.
I like the location the staff and the rooms
no vending machines, no room service
