Lots! The hotel is a good hotel and the reception staff were great...the reception manager and the young male colleague at evening/ night were so helpful. Thank you. The decor is bright and funky. Shower was excellent and the bed super comfy. The location is fantastic-not just for the 20 min walk to the centre but a brilliant local area with loads of independent shops and bars. There is also a kettle in the room.

There are lots of things to like about this hotel, but the minor criticisms we have are: - It felt like the restaurant took precedence over the hotel and it's guests. The bar was really part of the restaurant with cutlery on the bar and you were not allowed to go through the restaurant to access your room, which was the direct path, but you had to take a roundabout route, including going outside, via a series of corridors. IT just made you feel slightly second class. -the housekeeping walked in to our room at 8.50 without knocking. Could have been v embarrassing. - the breakfast was prohibitively expensive at 18 euros so we couldn't try it.

We fell in love in this hotel as soon as we made the first step in. Design and atmosphere are exceptional! Hotel is located at the heart of the city, which is a huge advantage. We were offered umbrellas when we decided to take a walk in the rain! Very helpful, polite and easy going personnel- but still very professional! Well done Max Brown. We have already started planning our next trip to Vienna, especially that we have found such a star to stay in!
