The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Excellent location right next to Mariahilferstr. Nice personnel, comfy and clean rooms. The hotel has a great location right around the corner of Vienna's main shopping street. Many museums, bars and restaurants are in walking distance.

Shared bathrooms and toilet. The room was not comfort enough. The floor was dirty. The water did not run down the drain. Everything could be heard from next door, even the whisper. The shower is ON A DIFFERENT FLOOR than rooms 9-16.
