Good value for money Internet wasn't working
yes It was lack of products for breakfast at 9.30 and it seemed that the staff wanted to finish breakfast half of hour befor the end.
nothing much Air-con in room ineffective - really uncomfortable night. Room fridge not cleared out. Bathroom extractor fan inoperative.
Easy acess, free parking Restaurant was closed
It is an excellent value for money hotel. It is mainly a conference/business hotel, and did not really cater for families. There is an evening meal available but no childrens menu. There is no public transport between the hotel and anywhere else. The nearest bus is about 1 or km away at the hospital, walking on the road as there is little in the way of pedestrian walk ways.
Staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was a bit hard, but I slept well. 24/24 reception, enough parking space. Great value for money. The room is a bit noisy, not from the outside but you can hear every whisper in the hallway.
Big room with 2 extra size single beds, good double glazing so litle noise in spite of being just off autostrada. Pleasant staff, restaurant with good choice at reasonable prices. Excellent breakfast. Good location for travelling north or south of Torino
Above average for a 3 star hotel and very clean.
Nice little business hotel, far from Turin, but good choice if one is traveling by car.
it took us ages to find (mostly our fault, driving round and round looking for the correct exit from the autostrade) - on the edge of town, but was good when we found it. The booking form asks if you want to reserve parking for a €6 daily fee , but doesn't tell you there is acres of free parking directly outside the hotel.....
Nice hotel, good price, convenient location close to the highway and very nice staff. The mattress was too hard; it was difficult to shower due to very low hot water pressure.
Nice decor. I only met one of the staff during my stay and she was good. The hotel seemed fairly empty at the time and the young lady on reception seemed to do everything. The restaurant was closed in the evening and she did pizzas and drinks for us. Overall it was good attentive service. Breakfast was included which was a cold buffet style....cheeses, meats, yoghurt, cereals, pastries etc etc. very nice. I would stay here again if in the vicinity. Slightly noisy dure to being on a busy main road.
The hotel was very comfortable for our needs. It had wireless internet . The hotel was fairly new and close to the freeway. Hard to get into. But can see it from the road.
Poor location of the hotel
The hotel it is fine. They must change the beds, there are old
The hotel was very tidy and fresch. The staff was very helpfull and pleasant to talk to.
Near the road
Friendly, great breakfast The Suite was more like a cheap hotel room
Parking - size of room - airconditioning - good view. Limited free internet use (30 minutes)- not wireless, but cable adapter supplied by hotel. No eating facilities nearby. Breakfast ok but usual problem with very mediocre coffee.
very comfortable beds .. great views of the country side .. very friendly and helpful staff!
Best hotel-stay in Italy, though others we stayed in were more highly rated & expensive. Clean, efficient, friendly & superb restaurant.
All the staff were helpful in giving us directions, restaurant recommendations.
Nice hotel, conveniently located, very friendly staff Broken shower handle, rooms could need more electrical plugs
We arrived late. It was never going to be anything other than an overnight stop. Pleasant bi (probably multi) lingual man on desk made sure we got to room quickly with no fuss and happily swapped it when I asked for twin rather than double. Nothing particularly special about the hotel, except it appears to offer midrange services much better than most of its sort.
Proximity to town Poor air conditioning
Breakfast was not very good (lack of service and bread and cheese)
The staff were very nice and helpfull. They recommended that we travel to France over the mountain rather than through the tunnel. It made our holiday. Breathtaking. It would normally take an hours drive but give yourself another 90 mins as you will want to stop all the time for photos. They provided me with private under cover parking at a reasonable cost. The room was clean and had en-suite facilities. The town interesting with Roman ruins had good meal in the square. The towels were bits of cloth suitable for taking your skin off and the pillows and bed uncomfortable. The breakfast was the worst selection that we have had in any of the 9 hotels travelling through Europe. The croisants were disgusting and in plastic bags and the bread just as bad. There were wonderful bakeries nearby. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone just travel a bit further before stopping, I suggest you stay in Modane in France.
Very pleasant and helpful staff. We learned a great deal about the region from informative discussions with staff. The hotel is within walking distance from our favorite restaurants in Susa, the Meana (a real treat) and Miro (for pizza). Free wi-fi in room. Highly recommended. Nothing that comes to mind.
We spent only one night because we had to drive on the next day . But we were very satisfied und we will sty again in this hotel if we are again on the same way. no
It was just a night stop for us. We were driving from Rome to Paris. Town is very quaint and the scenery is breathtaking. Breakfast room is comfortably large. Typical rolls and coffee. Coffee was great. Beds were a bit hard. No onsite parking but had public parking just around corner.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Buffet Breakfast was excellent
I don't like the an old smell from cigarettes in the room
A large, comfortable and well decorated room in a first class hotel. The staff were very efficient, friendly, and accomodating. A very good restaurant; and all at fair prices. I look forward to staying here again. There is some signage on the road but a few more directions would make it easier to find.
Clenaliness and promptitude of staff In the morning the breakfast was poor and the waiter was just witing for us to leave
Very clean and comfortable, however modern and bland. Chosen merely as an overnight stop, we asked for traditional cuisine, and were absolutely stunned. The restaurant on the ground floor, La Stellina, gave us the best meal we've ever had in Italy. We left it to them, and we had a gourmet tasting of seven different platters, two pastas and three different puddings. They were all brilliant, delicious, and superbly cooked.and the chef and the staff were really happy to talk to us about the local cooking, and wine (which was so good we took some bottles home) All this cost three of us £109 euros. Despite the bland exterior and characterless surroundings I would go back like a shot. Very good value. Please tell them, they deserve it.
Nice family-run hotel. The hotel staff were very nice and went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay.
Quiet location, ample parking Restaurant rather average, no additional pillows for bed available
The whole atmosphere, scenic and quite Hotel. Staff didn't know the code for the wi-fi
Aacceptable price for good service
Friendly staff, cooperative manager
The hotel was clean and quiet. The restaurant was surprisingly good. The staff was friendly and helpful.
I was there on business and did not have time to do things around the town. but i liked the being out in the country with short drive to rivalta
helpful staff. Facilities are new, clean and quiet. Far from Torino, not really easy to get there as the village (Sangano) is not frequently mentioned in road signs.
This hotel was very good but we appreciated most the free use of the hotel garage for our car, the nice and clean rooms and the presence of a restaurant.
All facilities required for a hotel in that price range. Great help in finding a restaurant (own restaurant closed)
All is perfect, except below Too noisy between rooms. I
A very large, clean, professional hotel just out of Torino. We only used this hotel as a stop over; arrived late, left early, yet it was a very pleasant stay. No complaints.
peaceful position well located to the autostrada
Convenient location, very helpful staff, easy parking No clock in the room, no extra blanket or pillow, shower water pressure barely there,
staff the minibar was empty
Having a restaurant. Good place for a stopover.
the airconditioning didn't work (it didn't blow cool air). We didn't sleep well that night. But if the airco would have worked, it was a very nice hotel. Great breakfast, minimalistic interior. In the middle of town (free parking space, but it's at a 15 min. walk from the hotel). the airconditioning didn't work (it didn't blow cool air). It was very hot in the room. Two things didn't help: open shower in the bedroom (it got very moist in the room, all our clothes in our bags were wet. When you opened the window, the airconditioning stopped working alt all, also it was very noisy outside, so we couldn't sleep because of all the people talking outside. We didn't sleep well that night. But if the airco would have worked, it was a very nice hotel. One of the staff-members tried to help out, but she could't. She did give us a discount and a bottle of whine.
Lakeside location. Proximity to rail network. Friendly staff Not clear restaurant a separate business. Restaurant service not same level as hotel.
- at the arrival at 5 p.m. the room was not prepared, we had to wait one hour
Staff was phenomenal - friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and maintained in excellent fashion. The location is peaceful and idyllic. One of the best breakfast buffets I've ever had with a large selection of fresh fruits and juices, pastries, meats, cheeses, etc.
Staff very helpful and polite Hotel clean, well equipped and well run Lovely view over the lake Bedroom, bathroom and balcony all a good size Good breakfasts (not included in price)
