2 Bedroom Lockout Unit sleeps 8 people. Heron Unit type at an Oceanfront Resort with 2 Oceanview balconies. Floorplan is in the pictures. Unit number assigned at checkin! Full kitchen and living room. Balconies off bedrooms. Linens included and shower and pool towels also included. Bring Beach towels. Washer and dryer in Resort on every other floor, no laundry service(you can do laundry as needed with the washers and dryers located in the resort). No daily housekeeping. This is a Heron type unit, oceanview unit. Oceanaire Resort has a 21+ indoor pool only but shares amenities with the Ocean Beach Club next door which has an indoor and outdoor pool. When you stay at Oceanaire you have access to Ocean Beach Clubs pools and other amenities also! Please note, these are Timeshare units. As a timeshare guest, you are required to supply your own toiletries, toilet paper, soaps, etc. for the full week, the resort does not supply you this stuff! If you have any questions in reference to this before booking, please ask! Resort will take an imprint of your credit card at checkin and put $200 hold in case of damages and release it when you checkout. 1 parking spot is included with the rental. **NO GUARANTEE ON ANY AMENITIES AT THE RESORT BEING OPEN, WE DON'T HAVE CONTROL OVER THE POOL, ETC. AS THEY ARE MAINTAINED BY THE RESORT, SO PLEASE CHECK DIRECTLY WITH THE RESORTS BEFORE YOUR VACATION. ***PLEASE NOTE, PHOTOS ARE FROM THE RESORTS WEBSITE, THE RESORTS DO ALL OF THE UPKEEP AND MAINTENANCE AND DECORATING OF THE UNITS, NOT THE OWNERS*** For any issues with your unit once you check-in, you will go directly to the front desk and let them know of anything wrong with the unit. The resort maintains the units for the owners, so they handle all of the upkeep and cleaning for the units. Any issues with check-in, I am local and am available to fix any problems! Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with VB Timeshare Rentals, Inc upon reserving a unit/week, prior to receiving confirmation of reservation. Property shall be available to the Tenant for the full duration of the lease except as stated HERE: “The Resort” (Oceanaire Resort) makes every effort to prepare all units for occupancy at the stated check-in time. However, in some instances it may be necessary to delay occupancy until the unit has been properly cleaned. Tenant understands and agrees that there will be no rebate or discount for such late occupancy.
