Pool Bed sheets and towels had too much perfumed fabric softener. Breakfast was too expensive, should have been complementary.
It was very clean. No restaurant like advertised. Front desk lady not nice at all. No elevator so when you book on here they don't care about you and put you on 2nd floor, and if you ask to be put on first floor it is more money and they say no rooms are available. HORRIBLE
The hotel was as advertised, was clean and easy to get to. Our only issue with the hotel is no continental breakfast.
Nothing Staff was not friendly. Stay at the stardust motel, wallace inn isn't worth it
Very nice place with accommodating staff! Would have liked a complimentary breakfast!
The pool, sauna and hot tub. Clean, perfect temperature.
It was cozy

Nice staff, clean room Internet speed needs improving.
The swimming pool, hot tub and sauna were all better than any other hotel we've stayed at. This was the highlight. Wallace is small, so we were able to walk everywhere. The hotel was very dated, looking worn.
Staff was friendly and helpful Fridge in the room was not working
Everything was very clean . Nice new beds very quiet . I got a great nights rest! I couldn't get the wifi to work but only made one attempt.
We have stayed there twice while enroute to montana from Canada, unit was clean but short on parking close to unit creating problem for moving luggage, etc. Lack of nearby parking, no extra pillows .
Location / price Saggy beds
This was a very quaint, period decorated hotel. The owner is very friendly and we really enjoyed our stay. Wifi is available, but don't expect a tv in most of the rooms, which made for a peaceful evening for us.
Great staff, location and period architecture and decor. No
Friendly, helpful owner. Really unique experience with a historic, residential hotel setting. Could use new mattresses.
The location and the antique ski decor. The hotel was very dirty. Too much could be heard through walls. It was very worn out, which would be okay if it was clean.
The location and the fact that the hot tub and pool were 24 hours. Also, it was nice and quiet and the staff was A+! It was extremely tiny. For the price, I was shocked! I wouldn't stay again for the cost/ value.
The 24 hour pool. The price of this hotel is bit drastic. I have stayed in nicer hotels for half the price.
Breakfast was somewhat limited and was the same every day.

The size of the suite; decent breakfast and close to Silver Mountain The bedroom was really plain jane and the chemicals in the pool were so strong, I couldn't open my eyes for 15 minutes and had to rush back to my room to flush them in the shower
Not very friendly front desk people. Pack of Marlboros and dirty washcloth left in room on desk prior to my arrival. AC was on freezing. Bedspread was dirty. Barking dog across the hall. No eggs for breakfast.
Good locatiom No
Beautiful place They gave away my room. Not a cool way to do business, in my opinion
Price & location Thin walls, could hear noise in hallways and adjoining rooms
Excellent customer service. It was nice.
Loved the 24 hr pool. Loved that it was close to the bike trail. Loved the Breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved that breakfast was served until 10:00. I didn't like the stains on the carpets in the halls.
Good points: low cost, sheets and pillows clean, staff friendly, air conditioner worked well, newer windows, quiet, several restaurants nearby. Bad points: stains on box spring looked like blood or poop, and that's a difficult image to get out of my head when getting into bed. Bed was noisy and quite hard (but I liked it, hubbie didn't). Rusty overflow in sink.
Price was about the only positive, proving once again that you get what you pay for. Place seemed like a dirty, cheap apartment complex. People smoking everywhere, tailgating and drinking beer in the parking lot. Room was stiflingly hot and smelled pretty bad when we got there. Window crank was broken, TV was sliding off of wall mount. Just seemed very trashy. I do not recommend this place.
Room was very clean. Bed was pretty comfy. A/C worked well. Price is right, and it's easy on and off from I-90. Windows actually open, unlike many newer hotels. Check-in was quick and easy. The room felt like the jungle when we arrived. Turned out they had just cleaned the carpet, and left the room closed up with the A/C off, so it was hot and muggy, and the carpet still damp. But the A/C cooled it off quick once we turned it on. Only other negative note is the hotel is very basic and out-dated. It's all been painted sterile white. For a short stay however, these issues are pretty trivial, especially when considering the price.
Nice to have fridge and microwave in room. Good A/C. Worn out towels and linens. Very noisy bed. Window would not close or latch. You get what you pay for.
Our host, the owner, was superb. We were allowed to spread out from our room. The balcony was in the sun. We could use the household refrigerator, microwave, etc. Good flatscreen TV. Most wonderful asparagus, baby spinach, goat cheese omelet for breakfast
It was in a beautiful setting, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The only complaint is it got a little hot for sleeping, as our room was on the upper floor.
As close to being ski-in ski-out without actually being ski-in ski-out. I liked all of the amenities at the resort, including the waterpark, hot tubs and restaurant. We stayed here for a ski trip, and had a great time even off the mountain. The TV in the room was really, really old.
