Card, GBP sterling and only a few foreign currencies.
Pros: This hotel was very clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Bed and pillows were perfect for a good night's sleep. We were pleasantly surprised with the room and it exceeded our expectations. The room rate was great.

I returned home with out and probabaly will lose my money that I expended
Pros: Comfortable room and fast internet and ease of taking the public bus system 5 minutes to the terminal cannot be beat.
Cons: Hair in the bathroom and in the tea cup suggested it did not get cleaned well, and about a 45" wait to get checked in made the stay less than ideal. Both are probably one-off issues though based upon reviews available.
Pros: Executive lounge
Cons: small room.
Pros: Room is Comfortable and modern. Lobby and pub/bar very spacious and comfortable.
Cons: Endless corridors and small rooms for such a huge hotel.

Cons: Enjoyed the short stay before our flight.
Pros: Close to the airport. Nice comfortable rooms. Executive lounge. Buffet breakfast not
Cons: Not kids friendly. No swimming pool. I am gold elite member several time requested front desk staff that I am entitled to enhanced speed internet but they never hot permission for it. Pros: Quite up to date
Cons: Small room
Cons: We had a medical emergency forcing us to cancel stay with about 24 hours notice. Agent conceded system would not let them cancel full cost, but perhaps manager would. Manager was not in until
Monday. Didn’t hear back. (Will change score if he messages me and explains my account was refunded.)
Pros: We arrived late, 8:30 at night, and needed to print out our boarding passes. We had some trouble accessing the information but the concierge was patient and helped us get the passes printed. The morning breakfast was great. Finally, we needed something mailed and they agreed to do that too. So great service, great locations.
Cons: Drink and food service was very slow and unorganized in the hotel bar.

Pros: Excellent restaurant. Have used other facilities here in the past but not this trip. Mostly a golf/tennis country club, so busy every day with members
Cons: It was busy with meetings when we were there and we booked late, so we were in one of the older accommodation units that are getting a bit tired. The newer units are nicer, the old ones need refreshing

Pros: Initial receptionist was very friendly and efficient with check in.
Cons: Concierge failed to tell us about the free double decker bus to airport. Another worker told us.
Pros: High quality bedding
Cons: Room was next to ground floor lifts, very noisy at night
Pros: Location was great. Close to airport and easy access to London underground for travel into London.
Pros: Beautiful lobby, super nice staff, Awesome bar and both an Indian and steak and lobster restaurant at the hotel. Tons of outlets, including USB outlets for ease. Seems brand spanking new.
Cons: I booked a room four days in advanced and upon my arrival I was refused to stay in the hotel. I was told that they do not have vacant rooms. I was sent to another hotel instead. The Radisson Blue did not provide any explanation or advance notice. They told me that the manager would contact me to provide explanation and discuss compensation. It's been a week, but nobody has contacted me so far. I consider it unacceptable to turn away customers in this manner, without any advance notice or explanation, especially by the hotel that praises itself with excellent hospitality experience. I will not consider staying in this hotel again.
Pros: The bathroom, location, and the airport shuttle.
Cons: Several of their staff were not professional and rude (to be fair, some were good). The fire alarm kept going off and kept waking me up in the middle of the night because somebody was smoking in another room.
Pros: Overall very nice hotel with good rooms, helpful staff, and restaurant options.
Cons: It is a little far from central London and took about an hour on the tube to get to the attractions.
Cons: Noise in lobby from event in hotel was too loud. Made hearing staff at check in difficult.
Cons: The "hotel hoppa" bus was crowded and I waited a long time for it at terminal 2. It was a heavy-travel day, and not the hotel's fault, though certainly they could influence the service. Additional buses on days like Easter Monday would be a big help.
Pros: I need back my $
Cons: Back $ pls
Pros: The hotel is close to the airport and is therefore positioned for a last-day stay in the UK. As others have mentioned, the hotel is distinctive and, within the parameters of a franchise hotel, classy. After days of staying in serviceable but well-worn B&Bs, this was a real treat.
A tip on transfers to/from Heathrow: while the Hotel Hoppa serves the Ren. Blu,, so do public busses, which are, at that point, free (the Hoppa is not). The London busses depart from the central bus facility at Heathrow, ideal for domestic arrivals. The Hoppa can take you to Terminal 2, convenient for US flights. We used this combo and saved a whole lot of walking with luggage.
Cons: Like many hotels of its size, the Ren. Blu. schedules large events (there were two huge wedding receptions while we were there). If you don't like masses of people in the public spaces around the lobby, you might be furstrated. I have to say, though, that, once upstairs, the revelers were invisible and inaudible.
Pros: Rooms are good quiet clean value for the money. The restaurants, particularly the bar, could really use improvement. Food not very good.
Cons: Bar food has gone downhill over the last few years. Used to be better.

Pros: Member lounge and lobby
Cons: Rooms and hallwsys are dated. Hard to roll luggage on carpet
Pros: Location is close to the airport and very nice inside. Did not try the restaurant as there is a really nice pub just around the corner. Better value for the money and the food is good.
Cons: A la carte pricing for everything. Feel like they will nickel and dime you if you are not paying attention.
Pros: Very comfortable rooms, suitable for work and rest, excellent facilities, good food, the gym and pool was an extra added joy!
Cons: Would have preferred a small fridge in the room instead of a tiller.
With a stay at Yotel Air London Heathrow (Landside) in Hounslow (Hillingdon), you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Griffin Park Stadium and Twickenham Stoop.
Pros: Bed was so amazing! And I’m a neat freak and the room passed my test. It was a journey to get to terminal 4 from terminal 3 late night, so i needed a cab but in the morning i enjoyed a free espresso and caught the train downstairs.
Cons: It is small! So do not be surprised, but if you have more than one person get a larger room than the standard
Pros: Right inside Heathrow, which was very convenient for my eleven hour layover and early morning connecting flight. I loved the clever use of space. Very clean and comfortable, it was perfect for my needs.
Cons: I loved the small size, but I also had seen photos online and knew what I was getting into. This is a micro hotel room, which might not suit some travelers.
Pros: Very convenient for next morning flight. Staff are very friendly and eager to help.
Cons: Extremely small and only adequate. Can be a little noisy at night.
