Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests were extremely dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, describing rooms as dirty, mouldy, and unhygienic, with some even encountering bodily fluids and unpleasant odors. Service was also criticized, with reports of unhelpful staff and issues with communication and refunds. However, a few guests appreciated the convenient location and found the value for money acceptable for a short stay. Noise levels were also a common complaint, with thin walls and disturbances from staff and other guests. Overall, the negatives far outweighed the positives, especially regarding hygiene and service.AI-Generated from customer reviews
