I liked the service of the staff. Very welcoming and friendly, went above and beyond to be helpful.
The first room we were offered smelled of animal urine and feces. The hotel staff changed our rooms and we were very satisfied with the second room. The staff made the first room unavailable to anyone so it could be properly inspected.
Normally when I travel I don't stay at conference hotels, because they're inconvenient for the traveler. This hotel is conveniently located, has a good restaurant, and nicely appointed rooms.
Really loved how welcoming the staff was. The breakfast was nice too
Clean , great warm indoor pool, good breakfast.
