Pros. I was really taken by the staff. After a very long night of traveling, we arrived at the conference center next to the Hotel Saturday Morning. After the first few session, I found I was way to sleepy to actually learn anything at the conference. The Staff was able to shuffle rooms around so that I was able to get my room very early on Saturday. After a quick hour nap, I was able to return to the conference and actually learn something. I travel a great deal and I was very impressed by the staff. I will defiantly make it a point to return.
