We loved being able to walk out the hotel door and have live entertainment and fun things for kids. Being able to shop onsite and have great food without driving anywhere is amazing. We could enjoy a drink at hotel bar and then go to watch the dancing water show in rocking chairs provided. We also went to Dollywood and it was great too. Also the staff was very helpful and rooms are amazing. Will definitely come back again. Fun place for all ages!! The only negative thing would be parking away from hotel. We didn't mind the walk and they have valet parking if needed.
Pool is on the 2nd floor roof top. It overlooks the light show in the pond at The Island. Bed was not comfortable and it's very pricey to be a hotel.
All rooms are on second floor. Our room/balcony overlooked village below. Rooms were spacious and beds are very comfortable. Nicely decorated. Nice private pool/bar area for guests on second floor. Great views. So many things to do/places to eat within short walking distance.
Very clean, plenty of parking and rooms were up to date, breakfast is good. People were a bit noisy going back to their rooms after 11pm. That or the window and door were super thin.
The indoor hot tub was great, indoor pool was okay. The breakfast was okay. The location was convenient. The pillows were poor quality, the towels were rough and scratchy, bed was too firm. The blankets on the beds had stains, holes and burns on them. The check in staff were rude. Did not expect linens to be changed daily but one day the garbage was not picked up and the beds just had the covers thrown back up not straightened and made neat.
Great clean rooms quiet nice furnishings. Breakfast was over at 9;30 missed it.
Clean and convenient to everything. Was a great hotel for a great price! The staff was friendly and efficient. We will stay again for sure!
Comfortable bed. 5yr old loved the indoor pool. Good value More options for breakfast, perhaps more fruit
Clean room good breakfast pool How long we had to wait to check in 4pm
The room was large, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly. Walls were a bit thin, we heard the couple enjoying each other in the next room.
The staff was very pleasant, knowledgeable and courteous. Check in was quick and hassle free. The room was clean, with plenty of room and it smelled great when you first walked in.
The room was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the linens were in like new condition. Breakfast had plenty of selection and room to eat it there instead of taking it back to the room. The check in was quick and hassle free as well as check out. The charge was accurate and we felt like it was a good deal. The location was really good since we were right in the middle of Pigeon Forge. We got back late enough that we didn't try the outdoor pool, closes at 10 pm, it looked clean and the area was really nice. We went to the indoor pool, open 24 hrs, this pool was clean and was open all the way up to ceiling at the top of the building. There wasn't any issues with our stay or room that would be considered a problem. Didn't care much for the shampoo but that is really a dig for a whine about our stay. There are two buildings so you are separated by the road in between. This again isn't an issue so much as knowing that it is there. The indoor pool is in the front building and the outdoor one is next to the back building. We at breakfast in the back building downstairs but I don't know if there is a breakfast location in the front building, I would say not. Again we didn't have any problems with out stay.
Awesome location right in the center of pigeon forge!
Rooms were nice, liked the layout. Grounds were nice, didn't use the outside pool area because of the weather but loved how it looked. The indoor pool was great however being a little too warm. Very convenient to everything. Staff was friendly upon check in but after that was not as accommodating; we asked for towels for the pool (there was none in the "towel rack") never did bring any, we spilled some soda on the carpet and used a towel to get it up and was horrified at the black "stuff" that came up on the towel. Even after this, the good out wayed the bad and we will definitely stay here again.
It was very clean and staff was very helpful and nice The pool had way too much chlorine all the kids were coughing and their eyes were burning but the area was very clean.
When most lower rated hotels would offer a free breakfast we found few amenities. Very disappointed that even the popcorn was overpriced at $3 a bag -should have been free. Other than that the view was beautiful and a nice pool.
Great view of Mount Le Conte. Above, and away from all the activity in Gatlinburg. Very friendly, and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. The restaurant was very nice; good service, good food. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. And the cookies at the front desk! We stayed for a week, most people/families don't, which means that there are a lot of rooms to turn over every day. House keeping has more than they can handle, and on two occasions our room was not cleaned until 5:00 P.M. Check in appears to take a while (that wasn't the case for us), not sure why.
Everything was wonderful and the price was also great
Everything we expected and then some. Staff was courteous, and rooms were quiet. Can't wait to come back again.
Property is worn out and looks decades old in style. Just a very outdated atmosphere. Room did not get cleaned one day. Maid went in took his/her tip, barely took the trash out, and left everything as she/he found it.
The overall stay was great The staff could be better
We were told we would have two queen sized beds and received two full size beds. For paying as much as we did, not a very nice room at all.
I loved how safe and welcoming The Park Vista is. The family pool area was outstanding! Enjoyed! Ate dinner downstairs at the onsite dining area. Didn't care for the Greek Chicken w/Couscous. Very dry
Pool and lounge facilities were top notch. Beautiful building. Amazing view. Because of the view though, you end up quite a ways outside of Gatlinburg proper. Also the bed was akin to a hammock, which my back objected to
The outdoor area around the hotel and the pool. Of course the cookies were fantastic!
My family didn't like anything about this hotel The hotel was NASTY we walked into the office and there was roaches all over the floor. We thought we would give them a chance and went to the rooms. The beds had blood in the creases of the bed along with bugs. We immediately went to the lady in the office and she called us a liar so we asked for our money back (we booked three rooms for five days) she refused to give us our full refund and charged us for one night per room and was really rude about it. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone.
We were really excited to be traveling for the weekend just to get away. The pictures online make the motel look very nice. Once we arrived, we noticed that there was only ONE pool open, although online it seems there are TWO functioning pools. Of course the one that was open was absolutely packed! When we finally made our way to our room, it wasnt too bad; I have stayed in worse, but you could tell it had hardly been actually cleaned in some time now. As far as the price though, guess we just got what we paid for. I personally will probably spend a little bit more money and stay somewhere else next visit!
They waited for us to check in before they closed the front desk. Low to no staff, dirty overall, very outdated, the pool was closed due to costruction, the whole facility was under construction. My wife and I pulled up and jusy said " oh no" it was midnight we were tired and we were going to have to go in.
The outdoor pool is shut down and green . Looks like a frog pond!!! The hotel is pet friendly and we had a dog turd on our balcony upon check in and one in the carpet right by the dining table!
The room was large with two king comfortable beds and jacuzzi in room. I loved the bacony to watch the tubers and the geese in the river. Great location too and very quiet. My pet dog loved it too. The windows were large to view outside activity. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Enjoyed our stay plan on returning here one day. The only thing i didn't like was the elevator smelled of urine r cholrine couldn't decide. Carpets need to go just plain floor would work.
The Jacuzzi tub Everything was poorly maintained. The door to outside patio didn't latch.
Loved the hot tub. Room was bright and for the most part clean. Room was evidently cleaned very fast. Beds were sloppy. found a childs sock under the front of the bed skirt. But everything else was ok.
I didnt pay what the rooms actully go for thank goodness. We read on line it had breakfast, it doesnt and when asked the staff were rude. They advertise 2 pools, there is only one and it is small.
The river view , jacuzzi tub, and fireplace The bottom outside of the toilet wasn't clean and the balcony outside was full of spiders at night. Other than that it was very peaceful
The rooms was great i took my fińace and my brotherand his girlfriend down for the weekend had no problenms The indoor pool is to small and the outside pool wasn't open small trade though for good rooms
Room was clean and very spacious. In-room whirlpool tub was relaxing. Staff was very pleasant to deal with. Balcony was covered with spider webs. Fireplace in the room didn't work. There was an issue with the elevator as we left out so we resorted to walking down then climbing 5 flights of stairs.
The food choices were excellent. Th shows were funny and entertaining. Some very good talent. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. Our room was clean. The staff was nice and very helpful. Traffic was very heavy. There are alternative routes.
Great place to stay. We will definitely be back!
I liked the location and the pool The staff was extremely rude and the rooms don't get cleaned after each person.
I have stayed in a lot of hotels and am fairly picky. I read the reviews and look at the pictures online. Econolodge exceeded my expectations in every way. Better than some Clarions I have stayed in, for half the price. Beautiful facility, very well maintained. Pretty lobby, excellent breakfast area and I loved the food. Small room but very comfortable, nice decor and everything very clean. A fridge and microwave and coffee maker. Nice flat screen TV and many channels. Pleasant courtyard outside our room. A pretty river next to the rear parking lot. Very friendly staff. Location is right in the middle of Pigeon Forge strip, next door to Christmas Place. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough!
The stay was very nice, except I didn’t get the rate I was told over the phone, when I arrived I had to pay the 99.50 a night rate instead of the 74.50 rate I was quoted over the phone, wthen when I checked in I was offered the stay 2 nights get a night free special, the host at the desk said I could let him know if I can stay the third night the next day when I confirmed my scheduled, but when I did tell him I wanted to stay the extra night, he said I had to pay for the 3rd night(in which I did, another 99.50). We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and are contemplating buying a unit and becoming an owner, but I am leery due to the confusion about the amount I was quoted versus the amount I had to pay as a guest. Do you have any suggestions?? Can you find our why I was quoted one rate, charged a differnet and higher rate, then offered the free 3rd night special and given a day to decide, then when I make the decision to accept the 3rd night free special, I get charged for it??
Clean and friendly staff. The indoor pool that is advertised was an additional 18.95 per person, this was disheartening as this is why we chose this hotel. Also, the rooms are very small.
Very nice apartment style room. Close access to water park. Check in staff very friendly and full of information. Billing was completely incorrect starting from day one. Hotel was unable to provide a receipt or explanation of billing accomplished by previous staff members due to server/printer issue. Two hours after our check-out, while we were upstairs eating breakfast, a staff member finally brought a receipt, but it was still and inaccurate reflection of what we were actually billed. The hotel staff did offer to snail-mail a receipt after the server was repaired, which was estimated to be within two-three days.
I really wish the water park would have been included in the room price.
the location, amenities
location of the resort to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge
The employee/staff were very helpful and friendly. The only thing that we were not pleased with was there was no maid service as we were unaware they were owned units.
Beautiful mountain view from the jacuzzi tub in the bedroom. Bathroom was amazing, shower had 2 shower heads. Fireplace with the flat screen tv above it. Beautiful place with a beautiful view. Everything was just wonderful.
Really nice resort and good service! We just had not enough time to enjoy this visit as much as possible, kids would have really liked to stay! During the weekends the traffic in Pidgeon Forge is terrible so you should have enough time to spent here- week could be suitable. The area is very good for famielies with young children!
Location was great have stayed here 2 other times and was great then. Checked in went to room and it hadn't even been cleaned. Then the next day they took all the towels and they never cleaned the room that day nor brought back any towels had to go and get our on towels.
The location is the best you can find for all the attractions! The wifi wasn't that great.
Every one at the front desk was nice and polite After reading some of the reviews thought it was going to be a bad place, ask the front desk if we could see the rooms before we checked in. They gave us the room keys and allowed us to check the rooms out, everything was in good shape.
Loved the location, price, free breakfast, and the rooms. Wifi didn't work half the time. Chain broke on door.
The fron desk staff were nice. Chemical smell was so bad that We had to change rooms. I have been sick since being in the room. Neither room was even close to clean. We went to another motel and stayed the next night. Breakfast was not good. The staff were nice and that is about all that place has going for it.
Location Bugs in room, duct tape in shower, wash cloths plugging holes in ceiling tiles, staff not friendly or efficient, ice maker not working, no parking due to concert being held in parking lot.
The staff was very friendly, the rooms were great and the location was great also.
I liked that the room was ready earlier than stated. It was quiet during the night and we slept well. I was surprised that they were full to capacity most of our days but still very quiet. For the money, I will book here again. No problems at all. The only thing that we experienced was the free wi-fi was not good. We only got a signal one night. That is usually not a problem but still had some work-related business to check on during the week and could not get a connection.
Thebed was comfortable. The room was clean. I was not a fan of the breakfast. The eggs were not real eggs. Yuck! There was apparently a squirrel somewhere in the ceiling. I got quite a scare when I heard it squeaking.
My husband and I walked to the island and even several shopping centers. It is very centrally located to lots of fun things to do. Perfect for pushing our son in his stroller instead of taking the time to pack him up into the truck. Pool was very nice but needs more shade for little ones. Only two small umbrellas were available. The place was an older hotel but you can tell they were doing updates to it. There were several flat screen tv boxes in the dumpster that was close to our room so you could tell they were in the process of doing some updates.
I like the convenience of everything near by. I didn't like, that a i wasn't able to have internet in the room.
Very good breakfast, location and service.
My husband and I stayed for 3 nights in the king suite with the whirlpool. It was a great value for the price and a great location (right in the middle of many Pigeon Forge attractions). There was plenty of parking and the front lobby receptionist was helpful and polite. The walls did seem to be thin as you could always hear anytime people were talking in the hallway. Still would stay again though!
Nice staff Rooms were old. Semi dirty. Only had one towel. For under 100 a night not bad.
The kids running up and down the halls late at night. Yelling and very noisy. Parents should exercise more control.
Comfortable, clean and at a convenient location. Free wifi. Friendly staff! Breakfast was ok. But, for the price we didnt mind eating out.
The continental breakfast was very good with a wide selection of eggs, toast, make your own waffles, hot & cold cereal, muffins, 3 types of juices, fruit, and more. The hotel was conveniently located to many attractions and restaurants. We had trouble finding three working outlets to plug our phones and fit bits. The hotel had a small indoor pool but did not advertise it that way.
The room was very clean and alots of room. The breakfast was good. We ate there every morning. When we where in our room you could here alots of noise from the hallway. The bed was too hard !
Lee had a very nice stay. Friendly staff. Clean comfortable room. Great value for money. Only issue was the noise. Walls are, thin, so we could hear a lot of noise from next room and from, hall
Rooms were clean and updated, staff was friendly, breakfast was enough for...biscuits and gravy, sausage and eggs, and other pastries. Indoor pool looked nice. Not much to complain about at all
Had a noise from outside room that we were told was a maintenance something for the pool. Went on for an hour and we told the front desk about it. A maintenance person came up to see about it but said he could do nothing about it. It did stop but started again later but did not go on very long.
The stay was good - it was nothing exceptional, but the rooms were clean and staff was friendly. no issues
Rooms were clean and I had no issues. Exercise room was terrible. Had cheap and broken equipment.
Beds are heavenly. No bad comments
Very nice place and convenient to Gatlinburg and all attractions. Free breakfast was good. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool. We will stay here again. It was a little hard at times to get in and out with all the traffic
We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The room was great. Staff was very pleasant. We couldn't have asked for a better location. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. N/A
I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Its literally by the water front, the room has an incredible view of the mountains and the local hotels are neat and the town is very tourist friendly, there are local trolleys to help you get around. It's beautiful and full of cute shops, definately worth exploring.
Baymont Inn is a decent location just off the main drag which was nice as it was away from the majority of the noise and nightlife. The room was clean and had a fireplace and a patio. Everything in the room was spacious except for the bathroom. Breakfast was good and they kept it stocked throughout. All rooms are accessed from the outside (no internal hallways). You don't have to go into the lobby to gain access to the stairs up to the room. The pool was warm however, it was over chlorinated like most hotel pools. Bathroom was very small and I could tell the place was slowly being updated. I think that the price for this hotel was a lot more than it should have been. This hotel would fit most people's needs its not the best nor the worst.
Balcony on the river, comfortable beds, indoor pool, fire pit traffic noise
Staff was super friendly, breakfast every morning in the lobby was more than expected, and river views from room are amazing. About two blocks from town, shops and dining. There is a trolly right outside hotel if you don't/can't walk a lot. The stream sounds were fantastic! When walking into the room for the first time it was damp. We turned the fan in the bathroom on and opened the balcony door for a bit to let it air out. It never really seemed to 'dry out' in the room. That's okay, there was so much to do in and around town, we mostly slept there. You can hear traffic from parkway in the room.
having two queen beds that were very comfortable the air conditioner put out a bad smell
Location was good and close to attractions. Very clean. Had a problem with the hair dryer and they fixed immediately Not very quiet, could hear everyone talking loudly as they passed by our room. Curtains didn't close all the way. Pillows were not comfortable
Perhaps the coziest stay that I've had in the area. The staff is wonderful! Very convenient to everything. I will stay here again.
Everyone was nice rooms were amazing. Pool was nice n clean.
Comfortable beds and friendly staff. Within close walking distance to restaurants and The Island.
pool staff location awesome wifi slow
Location Breakfast was great, but had to cross 4 lane highway to get it! Had room by elevator ... noise.
We enjoyed the following... Big, warm indoor pool Creek directly under room balcony Comfortable beds Friendly staff Location On-site breakfast Quiet rooms Bathrooms could use a few updates. It was also a cold walk outside from the indoor pool to our room but that's just part of being an older/motel-style establishment.
The location and the indoor pool were great. Our room was very small and smelled like mildew/mold. The hotel is very outdated and not very clean. The Wifi did not work most of the time and the shower water kept going from scalding hot to cold without touching anything. We also were put in a "pet friendly" room, which I would NEVER stay in again. If I had known that part of the hotel was "pet friendly" I would have never booked there. We will never stay at this hotel again.
Our stay was great. We would definitely stay again. Rooms were very nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Pool area was great as well. Best thing was it's location to downtown we were able to walk every where just about. Only complaint would be that their towels were to small.
Great staff, very friendly. The staff were the highlight of this experience. The rooms were average with the standard motel options. Location was close enough that you could walk to the main attractions. For the price it was worth it. The Wi-Fi only worked at the main building and a bit beyond. Did not see any breakfast options available but a fantastic pancake house was nearby. Bathrooms needed updated.
it reminded me of Gatlinburg when I was growing up. Simple, clean motel. Off the parkway so it was nice and quiet, but still just a short walk to the main drag. AMAZING pool!!! Unbeatable price, and super friendly staff. We will be back!
The pools Parking needs some work
The cleaning staff was very nice and the riverfront was a plus. There were ants in our room. The minifridge became unplugged sometime when we were asleep the first night and ruined our food in the fridge. When you entered the room the smell was unpleasant and somewhat over powering, took a while to adjust to it.
Rate and location N/A
Ask for the creek side rooms with balconys! Hearing the creek from your room was great. Their indoor pool is what sells this place for me and my family. It's a fun pool, with waterfall and hot tub. You can't beat the value for the location and amenities. It's not very fancy or new, but if you're not a fancy person then you'll love it.
There were roaches in room. Staff was nice but we won't stay there again.
After reading some reviews after booking our stay I was worried... we arrived & the staff was very friendly, rooms were clean, a/c worked great, ice machines worked. I found no merit to some concerns addressed in others reviews. Yes this is a older motel but not rundown & I would stay again. We were courtside (across the street) & it was very peaceful. Nothing
Absolute amazing staff! Great location. Couldn't ask for a better place!
Staff were extremely nice and helpful - clean and updated facility - very comfortable stay. Some reviews complained about the canine guests, but my family didn't hear any barking at night. We actually enjoyed petting the dogs with the owners permission of course. The breakfast area is a little cramped.
The staff was friendly All rooms are pet friendly..... when you walk in the room smell of dogs knock you down, dog hairs found in the rooms..... We checked out and didn't stay
fireworks and smokes every night, pool, shuttles to Dollywood, felt like I was on a cruise, my 8 yr old son loved his bunk beds!
Very nice staff, brand new, lovely setting, family friendly, off the main drag so it is not noisy, plenty of activities Room wasn't ready @4:00 pm...but by 6:00pm after speaking to Curtis...MOD...he took great care of us...shout out to him!
Everything was great. Had an awesome breakfast. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Short was from main strip in Gatlinburg.
It was great. We came in from driving all night from Louisiana, and they let us check in early, once the rooms were clean. We were able to check in about two hours early, possibly even earlier, like I said, we were tired! :) Staff was friendly, housekeeping was great! Very close to all the attractions, and good views. We will definitely stay again our next time to Gatlinburg. The pool area could have been cleaner. We did not swim, but would have if we were staying longer. I am not sure if it was in construction being this time of the year, but the fountain (??) area was not working and just looked sort of drab.
Location and breakfast and room size Not enough parking on site when full.
It had a fireplace. White stuff on the curtains, holes in curtains, not enough parking spaces, there were spaces taken up by debris and those that weren't guests. We had make our own parking space. Old mattresses and chair were in the parking lot. All I could think was, "I hope they don't plan on taking those mattresses back in."
Room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was within walking distance of where we wanted to go.
not one thing no shower no wifi no breakfist poor help the wrost motel ever
The location was within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg. The cleanliness of the room could have been better.
Price was right Rooms smelled musty and old
I looked for a cheap place to stay, and that's what this is. Not the Ritz, but when you want cheap, what do you expect? We slept, there was a fridge, hot water, towels. We survived. :) It's located within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg, and that's pretty much what I wanted. No ventilation in bathroom makes for a very steamy shower (and very quiet bowel relieving process, if you get my drift.) The sink was sorta falling off the wall. Ordered a king bed, got two queens. (Not end of the world, just use one for recreation and one for sleeping!)
It was close to town. The beds were very uncomfortable, bathroom was in bad shape, plugs didn't work and the room had a bad oder.
The girls at the counter we nice and helpful. The view and location was great. It was quiet. It was good for us as we were not around all day as we only slept there mostly. The pool is nice. The breakfast was boring. I bought eggs and meat and made them in the microwave every morning to give us more for day. They are renovating so I'm sure it will be nicer when it's done. The wifi was awful I had to go to the front desk area to to use it. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay it's fine but if you are hanging around then upgrade to a better place. There is no coffee maker or microwave in rooms only a fridge.
Staff was nice, pool was enjoyable for my kids, and location was very convenient The room was rough. It had outlets that were hanging out of the wall that we could shake and cause the lights to flicker. The bathroom tub was cracked and chipped. The beds were very hard and none of my family of 4 got much sleep on them. The "breakfast area" was the size of a walk in closet with several waffle irons and toasters which made it too hot to go in, and the couple of tables they had were always full so my family never had a place to sit.
Price was good, everything in the room worked as it should, and there was a fridge. I think there was a booger on the shower curtain, which was a little gross. The hotel is obviously dated, but for $50 I wasn't exactly expecting the Hilton.
The location was phenomenal. Walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg was great., There were crumbs and sticky food stuck in the carpet. The bed was very old and well used and without even laying on it you could see there was a big hole in the middle of it.,There were crumbs and sticky food stuck in the carpet. The bed was very old and well used
I booked this hotel from my phone while traveling to Tennessee with my family. I'm so glad I did. Our room had 2 Queen beds that were firm and comfortable. Our room was clean, the staff was the friendliest and the complimentary breakfast was great. Eggs, waffles, 3 different cereals, grits, oatmeal, bagels and cream cheese, muffins, gravy and biscuits, milk, coffee, apple juice, orange juice and fruit. They have an indoor pool, an outdoor pool and a hot tub! We used all of them! We've stayed in a lot of hotels because our boys wrestle, and this was the best. Our rate was $80. I asked my 3 boys, ages 10, 10 and 11 what they didn't like about the hotel because my husband and I had no complaints. Their only complaint? No bacon on the breakfast bar, lol!
Convenience to shopping and Dollywood
Work-out room and pool were great at the end of a long day in the car. Breakfast was good and the facilities clean. Everything needed was within walking distance. Desk clerk was exceptional - made sure I got my reward points even when I forgot to ask
Real nice/super great at front counter/ best I have stayed in [in the smokey area] for many year'S. They our great employee'S. Super nice room'S.clean pool area. Will stay again in may 2012.
I liked the rooms and having an indoor, outdoor pool and the rec room was nice. I also enjoyed that the coffee was always fresh. Staff was very friendly.
Room, fireplace, bed, location, heated pools and water slides Pricey,
I loved the staff and how well maintained the property was. That I couldn't say another night. I had a great time.
Over a six night stay, we were able to get very comfortable. Loved having a washer and dryer in my unit. Loved the lazy river, that was salt water and not chlorine. Met many unhappy families at 6pm waiting long hours trying to check their families in. This is a normal problem here and we saw families waiting in lobby on other days of our trip as well. Apparently they have a long term shortage of housekeeping staff for their two huge buildings. Bring your own towels, dish detergent and clothes detergent...and coffee. Maid will come in to take trash and wet towels, but that is it. Have your own towels on hand in case she does not arrive by the time you need more towels Unit had had a smoker in it previously. All of our clothes smell like smoke. We worked hard on trying to air out our unit during our stay. Bad WiFi kept kicking the kids phones off. Only lobby has fast wi fi.
We love the pool and the room was very spacious and hotel staff was so nice The shower but told the staff and they said it would be took care of
We loved having a 2 bedroom- 2 bath condo. The water parks are great. Wonderful location for all the fun events. Helpful staff. WE ALL HAD A GREAT VACATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All was good.
The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was also nice to have cups of a usable size and the ability to make ice in the room. The "queen" size bed was anything but that. The water flow in the shower was weak and spotty and the bathroom supplies provided left a lot to be desired. We were staying for two nights, but our keycards were deactivated at check-out time the morning after we arrived, which wouldn't have been so big a deal except that the front desk was in another building so we had to drive over, get new keys, then drive back just to get something out of the room we forgot.
