Pros. Checking in was fast and easy. The rooms were very clean.
Cons. The bed wasn’t that comfortable. The vanity sink and shower took a long time to drain. While the hotel smelled fine, the room had a really odd smell to it. One of the outlets wasn’t working.
Pros. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly!
Pros. Breakfast included. Outdated but clean furnishings. An extra large fridge meant we could put our travel cooler inside.
Cons. The air conditioning kept waking me up as there was no way to keep the fan on constantly. Pillows are also hard and weirdly shaped.
Pros. Room was large, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Hot breakfast was standard hotel "free breakfast" fare. Conveniently located to several restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.
Cons. Would be nice if there was an elevator, but there's only 2 floors, so it's no big deal.
Pros. Nothing
Cons. They gave my room away during a natural disaster in the area. It caused us to have to sleep in the parking lot
Pros. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was very good and a good selection of food. The pool and hot tub were nice also.
Cons. Their cleaning products had a unusual odor which I noticed but my companion did not. The A/C unit had to be set on 60* to keep the room comfortable at night even though the outside temperature was 50* at night and only 80* during the day. There was no screen door on the sliders to the balcony.
Pros. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and very nice. Breakfast was great with lots of options.
Cons. The workout facilities were so rickety I thought the treadmill was going to fall apart while I was on it. The elliptical was not much better with a broken display.
Pros. Room was clean & tidy as was the lobby and common areas. The free or included in the room rate breakfast is one of the better I have seen in economically priced inns. Make your own waffles, scrabbled eggs, sausage, cereals, fresh fruit, juices, coffee and milk. Friendly staff.
Cons. A little dated on the decor and no elevator to the 2nd floor. The train passes by several times during the early morning hours, no whistle, but the rumble of train engine & cars is still enough to wake you. We had obnoxious guests who allowed their bratty children to run up and down the halls til almost midnight, not Best Westerns fault, although they could have easily heard the stomping and noise and done something about it
