Pros: Car was dirty (outside; bugstrikes) agent gave me tokens to wash myself & a 1/2 tank of gas...fai trade. We will be renting from them again

Pros: Car was very clean
very well-kept
and very easy to find
Anna went above & beyond to try to help, and Communication with her was really good!!
Cons: Upon arrival in Wenatchee there was no one from Hertz available to get my car for me so I had to call a relative to come out to the airport at midnight to pick me up only to bring me back to the airport the following day to pick up the car.
So I had to pay twice for my rental since I did not have my husbands credit card with which he made the reservation with; same bank, same last name, same billing address. Not a fan of this stipulation...
And there was no one available to turn my keys into or my contract when I left on Saturday morning. So I drop the keys in the contract in a little drop box outside the Wenatchee airport. No customer service going on there. No Thank you, no friendly face.
