Pros (+) Location was great....nice area...we went to the Wellmont facility to watch a concert.....Uber was also very convenient
Cons (-) My fiance burned her leg with hot coffee (her fault) and they said they didn't have a first aid kit at the front desk (isn't that illegal for a public facility?) and there was no manager on duty (Sunday 10:00 AM)....only a cleaning department Manager....sad......appears to be lack of training.....that said...the front desk person was apologetic and nice.
Pros (+) The room was large, comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff was very friendly, and the coffee good. Also, while the food menu was limited, it was all made with fresh ingredients & excellently prepared by (again) friendly & attentive staff.
Cons (-) There is no real room service at this motel (though there is food delivered by local restaurants for a high fee). Also, we were disappointed that the hot tub was out of commission during our visit.
Pros (+) The room was comfortable, clean, and provided us with a great night's sleep.
Cons (-) The staff in the morning when I checked out were short, and not very friendly. I wasn't asked how my stay was, was not provided a bill, and when I let her know that the hair dryer was not working in our room she just said "Ok, I'll make a note".
