Pros (+) Location was great....nice area...we went to the Wellmont facility to watch a concert.....Uber was also very convenient
Cons (-) My fiance burned her leg with hot coffee (her fault) and they said they didn't have a first aid kit at the front desk (isn't that illegal for a public facility?) and there was no manager on duty (Sunday 10:00 AM)....only a cleaning department Manager....sad......appears to be lack of training.....that said...the front desk person was apologetic and nice.
