Pros: Great room with a lot of space. The staff was especially nice and enjoyed the free breakfast!
Cons: I could hear the people over me stomping around and at about 12:30 AM the person in the room behind or next to me ( by my bed) starting making a lot of noise with their drawers closing loudly and banging things down...I was guessing in the kitchen area. That really didn’t help me get a good nights sleep!
10.0 Excellent

Pros: lovely people who run Need a Bed! They let me store my things there even after i checked out and when i came back to get my things they offered me coffee/tea and were extremely friendly the whole time. Highly recommend.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This facility is very clean and will organized. The kitchen area, restroom and sleeping area are as neat and clean as any major hotel. The neighborhood is on a safe residential block 3 miles from Newark airport.
Cons: Ok, two bunk beds and a single bed, all in one room. (First come, first choice which bed) Sleeping privacy isn't there.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Knew stay there was to be very brief. Because of constraints on both ends we were only able to be there about 4.5 hours, which is why we stayed there. Room was, actually, in an accessory structure at the back of the property. It was fine in all respects except for my concern with respect to parking as discussed in response to the next question.
Cons: We were there between a late Sunday night event in Lakewood and picking someone up at EWR coming off of a flight to arrive Monday at 5:00 am. Knew I'd be driving. Was looking for parking and believe I saw it on the listing, but confirmation said no parking available. Rejected some other less expensive options because they didn't mention parking. Was fortunately able to park on the street right in front of the property, but if I hadn't been able to find a space I would have been very unhappy. This would have been particularly the case because this was a non-refundable purchase, but an important condition appeared to have changed between the offer and my acceptance of it.

Pros: Free breakfast was awesome - tons of options and healthy ones at that. Location next to train station was very convenient, as well as the adjacent parking garage.

6.3 Good
Pros: The room was newly renovated.
Cons: Customer service needs a whole lot of improvement especially the Front Desk and the arrangement of free shuttle services (in the evenings) to the Newark Penn Station which is a rather dangerous place full of homeless people looking for donations or a fight. We came back late on two nights and requested for the free shuttle pickup from the Newark Penn Station but we had to wait 30mins to 1hour despite calling the Front Desk early and numerous times. Almost got attacked one night by an angry homeless man while waiting for the shuttle which arrived 40mins late after numerous calls to Front Desk/ Night Manager (on duty on 4/8/19 night and also seemed to have doubled up as the shuttle driver too as the Front Desk was also left unattended) who was shockingly unapologetic.
6.0 Good
Pros: The location was great the breakfast was good
Cons: The room could have more space
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Funky boutique hotel in downtown Newark—right next to the park, Whole Foods, Rutgers, Newark Museum, historic diners like Hobby's and the Deluxe Diner, NJ Performing Arts Center. Cool historic location—site of where German Jewish mobster Dutch Schultz shootout in 1930s). Close to trains and highways into NYC. Highly recommend!
7.0 Good
Pros: Good facilities, modern and comfortable rooms. Proximity to Penn Station and airport are a bonus.
Cons: 1. The free airport shuttle cannot be relied on if you are trying to catch a flight. The shuttle is always late, sometimes up to 30 minutes. 2. One shift of reception staff was unprofessional, unfriendly and not helpful- more interested in personal conversations with friends than attending to guest queries.
10.0 Excellent

Cons: Maybe is a little bit far from the center of NY but at the same time is great to be outside from there
8.8 Excellent

Shattle is good, internet is good, but you need to be a bovey member to get it for free. Good bath and perfectly arranged shower (no leaking, no splashing) Nice to have a sit-on sofa in the room. Nice and smart hotel workers. Quiet.
Cons: Fridge in the room please!!!! Faster check in (were not so many people waiting, but each took very long - I think the computer check in program should be improved) Why no free internet for everyone in 21 century?

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was clean everywhere I looked. The room was spacious and beds comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised how quiet this place is, considering it is on a major road. Good location for visiting West Orange, Montclair, Verona area. Very nicel coffee/ latte/ hot chocolate drink machine in lobby.
Cons: Both style chairs were not great, one was snug for a large person, other was ok for desk, but not for watching tv a few hours. Breakfast buffet seemed skimpy.
10.0 Excellent

3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The bartender poured very well
Cons: Where do I begin?! 1. Internet was terrible 2. Our TV was broken 3. Fruit flies everywhere 4. Dripping sink 5. Constantly running toilet And my favorite part... 6. Our sheets had an old urine stain in them. Don’t worry...I have pictures for proof.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Really clean.
4.3 Okay
Pros: Location is great
Cons: Breakfast was terrible. Staff didn’t smile, they looked miserable, from front desk to dining room staff. They are not friendly. When my husband asked for assistance using the waffle maker, staff gave him a dirty look and was very rude. Bathroom was ok but toiletries esp body wash when opened, water came out instead of liquid soap. Shower curtain useless, water from shower just leaked outside of bathroom.

Pros: Very comfortable rooms with free bottled water and coffeepots. Excellent, big breakfast. Outdoor seating in nice weather. Snacks for sale at desk. Lots of FREE parking.

Cons: Breakfast was ok, but missing a few things like fruit, yogurt etc. It’s good for a quick bite.
9.5 Excellent
Cons: Ill recommend to add toothbrush to the toiletries
4.0 Okay
Pros: I was attending a wedding at the attached Banquet Center so the location was perfect. However, if I ever need to attend another event at the Banquet Center I will find someplace else to stay.
Cons: The name of this hotel "Wilshire Grand Hotel" is misleading. Its more like a motel than a hotel and its certainly not grand nor deserves a 3.5. The "Free Breakfast" of eggs, sausage and potatoes were inedible! Normally you get what you pay for but...

Cons: TV worked intermittently. Bathroom cabinets were worn/dated. Very close to airport; airplane noise at all hours of the day and night. The shuttle from EWR never said "Residence Inn". We were shuttled by a Courtyard by Marriott van; very confusing.

Pros: The hotel is in a nice area, close to Newark International Airport and that's the only good thing I can say!
Cons: This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Radisson Hotel and will never spend my money at a Radisson Hotel ever again. My family ended up leaving the hotel after being there for just a few hours. My granddaughter's birthday was ruined.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super friendly and helpful hotel staff and shuttle drivers. Great gym and loved that it was environmentally-conscious (suites had refillable toiletries and recycling bins)
Cons: The hotel shuttle are every 30 minutes. It would be very helpful to have more frequently. The ride is short but I think the drivers need more frequent breaks. Perhaps 2 shuttles?

Pros: Shuttle to airport Pool. Breakfast

Pros: The staff at this hotel was Really great. Thanks to Michael in Security for personally delivering us to pool when we got lost, and Pierre from engineering who really tried to help my kids get access to netflix! Room was great, restaurant and pool were very nice. Overall it was great and would go back!
Cons: Signage for where to find things was a bit confusing and could be more clear. Having access to Netflix on TV would be a great addition.
8.3 Excellent
Cons: Seemed like air conditioner was not functioning. ;0(
5.8 Okay
Pros: The lobby, rooms and rest of hotel were upgraded and well maintained.
Cons: My room was on first floor at the end of a hallway which was a 5 min walk to elevator. There was a sewage like smell in bathroom, the outlet didn’t work and they charged me $26 to ring my cellphone twice to find out where it was in my purse. The only pleasant part of stay was the young lady at front desk on check in. Genuine and professional. Her counterpart on the morning of the checkout when I politely questioned the phone charges was stoic.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was super friendly and efficient. For example, when the 4:30 am airport shuttle was full, the staff quickly called another. The hotel also had a restaurant so that I didn't even need to leave to get a meal after a 12-hour flight.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Comfy bed. Airport shuttle included. Toiletries in the bathroom were nice.
Cons: Way to overpriced for the quality of stay and breakfast wasn't even included for the price. Room didn't look like it had been hoovered, just didn't feel to clean all round. Couldn't find any convenient public transport to get there.

Pros: Hamburgers were excellent. On demand shuttle service.
Cons: Called for directions from Holland Tunnel to hotel and was told nobody knows how to get to hotel by male on duty Sunday night. Also asked if I can get late arrival and leave my name and was told not necessary. No TV for 8 hours on Monday. Room 311 not cleaned on Monday until evening when I complained. Asked for someone in evening to show how room lights work; never showed.
