Quality of the hotel the staff is incredible I would definitely be back to stay again.
The rooms were very well appointed.
Staff were not always wearing masks, even at the front desk.

It was brutal. First, because of noise from renovations, the front-desk staff was hiding in another room and there was no way to know that. I waited for about 10 mins in that noise and finally approached a construction worker who went to find her.
Staff rude and inconsiderate thought I was living in a jail the way I was treated. Very bad customer relations especially by the morning manager who aggressively knocked on my door asking when I was leaving
