Worst hotel experience of my life. The place is run down, difficult to access and the staff is rude & incompetent. Stay away from this hotel! I had booked a 3 night stay. After the first night the staff checked me out, gave my room to another guest & removed all of my belongings (stealing several items). I was appalled when I returned at the end of the day to find my room occupied by someone else. I was told this was a mistake but the hotel was sold out & there was nothing they could do. They finally gave me a room that was being renovated and had no hot water. It also did not have a working door lock so I had to get someone from the front desk to let me in every time. The staff was rude and treated me as if I was the cause of these issues. I asked that my stay be comped and was told no, they had to cover their expenses. I asked to speak with a senior manager and was told no, that wasn't going to happen.
Cons:The entryway and lobby was nice and clean. The tiny restaurant was adaquate but the room was terrible. I didn't even finish my stay. I moved to another hotel. The heater made a very loud buzzing sound. I turned it off at night so I could sleep. The refirgerator froze my food and the temp adjustment dial was broken off so I couldn't change it. The sink was oddly low, closer to my knees than my waist but the final straw was when i pulled open the shower curtain and the plumbing was hanging out of the wall.
Cons:No hot water. No 9ne told us at registration. Water eventually got fixed by late end of day

Pros:We have family in Coplay and the location is perfect. It wasn't Hilton or Marriott posh but very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The beds are extremely comfortable.
Pros:the room was very nice and the amenities were great. The only trouble was the king-sized bed was at least 4 feet high. I had to drag a chair over to get my 5 foot self up on it. once up I was ver comfortable. i'd definitely stay here again. they have a pool and exercise room if you are so inclined.
Pros:clean, reasonable price
Cons:disappointed that the staff offered limited options, concern or compensation with a dog barking 3 hours in the early morning
Pros:The rooms were clean, comfortable. There was a restaurant & Bar downs stairs, which was perfect for the night. They even has a comedian in another area, we were tired and didn't make the show, but heard it was a great time. M & R Carroll
