the staff were very helpful walking outside to get to breakfast - especailly in the bad weather
Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Quiet location now the new by-pass is open. Restaurant and food very good for the price. Having to go outside to reach the restaurant is slightly annoying especially in bad weather.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location. Good breakfast.
the hotel was in a good location for the maritime weekend visit, we will stay there again
this hotel is very clean and comfortable, good size rooms, got a perfect night sleep. the pub that is next door to the hotel and where we ate, looks great from the outside and decor wise on the inside, but the evening meals were very dissapointing, plain and bland.
Easy accessible location, value for money, good menu, friendly staff 2nd visit. no
It's the best modern hotel in Whitehaven.
Room very comfortable Staff friendly & welcoming Restaurant Excellent Food above average staff made us feel at home Only 1 set of towels in bathroom
The staff could not have been more helpful they were very informative, even made phone call enquiries on our behalf, and I have just received a soft toy through the post that one of the children in our party left, it had a lovely note enclosed, wonderful service.
Right at the start of the Coast to Coast Walk Everything else , unclean , terrible mattress , average to poor food , smells musty throughout , must be busy all year due to the c2c and don't care to update anything , a decent mattress and clean rip would be nice , I will never stay there again
Food in the restaurant was really nice & the staff really friendly. Thanks very much for organising the breakfast boxes for people leaving early to do the coast to coast bike ride. Very basic & needs a total overhall
clean room having a bath was wonderful when we had been walking, location is brilliant, staff very helpful.breakfast was good value. when we checked out, whoever was duty did not take the trouble to come out of the office,
