Guests say
Guests generally liked the spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and the attached restaurant, which was frequently praised for its staff and food. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, strange smells, and maintenance problems. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests finding it lacking or served in an unappealing environment. While some staff members were described as friendly and helpful, others were seen as unfriendly. The hotel’s value and location were occasionally mentioned positively, but issues with amenities like the hot tub and pool being unavailable were noted.
