Pros (+) Service, amenities and location were excellent. Will stay here on next visit to Wilmington.
Cons (-) Could only give four stars for cleanliness of bath room. There was mold on tub surround bottom and vertical seam at corner of wall tub surround.
Pros (+) The room looked nice and had a microwave, mini fridge, and was decently renovated. The pool was decent but not great like the picture showed. The staff was pretty friendly and knowledgeable about the hotel.
Cons (-) The room was not clean we found lots of evidence of where they had skipped over things. The pool was NOT the nice big pool the picture had shown. We asked the help desk for advice on local food and they had no knowledge of the area, and the included breakfast was pretty blah.
Pros (+) Our stay was relaxing. The bed was comfortable. The pool felt great and everything went smoothly for us and our dog. Very glad for the pet friendly atmosphere.

Pros (+) Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Staff was always ready with a suggestion for lunch, dinner, and activities with the kids. Tobias (at the front desk) helped us plan, showed us locations on the map, and gave us brochures and info. You could tell that the the staff genuinely took pride in their jobs. We hope to go back again next year!
