Cons (-) Bathtub had some green stuff near the drain. Shower curtain has brown/rust stains at the bottom. Saw a roach.

Cons (-) The room was dingy, the bathroom tiny, the bed creaky. The place is in need of upgrades all around.

Cons (-) The room I reserved was no longer available when I checked in and had to switch room. The front desk gave someone else a key to the room they put me in therefore another family walked in my room while I was in the shower. Front staff was horribly rude; I would not stay there again!
