On my last day, I went to the desk and asked for a wake up call so I wouldn’t miss my flight. That did not happen. I was extremely upset that I may have missed my flight due to them not following directions. This was my only issue.

Pros (+) Good location, everything right at the hotel, clean rooms and reasonable price.
Cons (-) The maids could learn a few manners. Forgot the do not disturb and as we were still in bed (thankfully just watching tv) it was a light knock followed by a maid walking right in without announcing herself. Then no "oh I'm sorry" she just shut the door and walked away. Not a huge deal, just should have announced who she was and possibly knocked a little louder. Could have been more awkward.
