Found a dead cockroach on the floor when checking in. The room safe was not functional. $40 stolen from room during stay - management promised to look into it but never contacted me to follow up. On the plus side, front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
Somethings have been renovated, others not. Overall felt dingy and run down.
Cons:Place was not only under VERY heavy construction, but the two staff I dealt with, Anthony and Patricia, were undoubtedly the rudest people I've ever encountered at a property anywhere, in all my travels. I am honestly shocked this place is still in business, and judging from the lack of people there on a Friday night, they probably won't be for long. I'd suggest to stay far away from this place.
Pros:The room was newly renovated and modern.
Cons:The room was not properly cleaned, there were beer cans in the trash and no toiletries. The front desk employees were nice but not very knowledgeable.
Pros:The location was great. The staff was nice.
Cons:The rooms were dirty especially the bathroom. The rooms need to be updated.
Pros:Bed was comfortable.
Cons:The overall appearance of the hotel was that it had been a nice big name chain hotel at one time but it was now privately owned and minimal money had been put towards upkeeping it. The sink backed up after leaving the water on for a couple minutes and there was black residue left in the sink after it finally drained.
Pros:Staff was friendly but not particularly helpful
Cons:Room was not what I expected. A little small. No trash can and request for one (along with extra towels) went unheeded. Overall clean, but I could have gotten equivalent room elsewhere for 2/3 cost
Pros:Awesome price, comfortable beds. Great location!
Cons:Some staff were unprofessional. Small tv, tight bathroom w/o a fan in it. Fridge also in a bad spot.
