We did not get our binder with hotel information at check in.
Cost for the room
Room was nice and cozy. The view was great. I loved watching the planes taking off and landing at the airport from my room. Id stay here again.
Practically Perfect in Every Way
Close to the airport Easy to find Nice layout of the room Attached kitchen Expected nice view but too foggy to tell
Tight parking lot Small, awkward bathroom layout Key return reportedly in multiple places but could only find one Stairs, no elevator
Room was very nice, beautiful artwork and room decour. Shower was absolutely great and loved the view of Boston from the front of the building
Small, no mini fridge for food inside room and constant noise of planes taking off (not bad but if you're a light sleeper it would be an easy problem)
Had a beautiful stay in June
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and beautiful and the view was gorgeous.
The room was smaller than expected but I still thought it was a good value.
The inn was very clean. The bathrooms were nice. The innkeeper was very friendly. The common kitchen is very useful to have. I made coffee in the morning and if we'd stayed longer we would have utilized it more
The room was very updated and romantic.( We stayes in 214) The balcony was one of the waterfront rooms and was such a gorgeous view. My boyfriend and I are both military and travel a lot and we agreed this place had the cleanest bathrooms we have ever seen. The lady who checked us in was very sweet and it was a very stay. Overall this is one of my favorite hotels I have ever stayed in.
The bed was unbalanced but we fixed it by putting a pillow under the side closest to the door.
Great value, huge clean and comfy rooms.
Honestly no complaints, totally loved it.
We booked late same day and were delighted with cleanliness and amenities, friendliness of staff despite late night check-in.
The staff was friendly; the beds were very comfortable; being right on the harbor was nice; the Inn is close to Boston, but quieter, and it was pretty fast and easy to get into the city by car; the room was clean and the kitchen was fine for basic cooking, had we wanted to do that. We really only wanted a "home base" while in the area for college visits, we didn't plan on staying too much in/around our hotel and exploring from there. I would stay here again, but I would like to try the main building next time (I assume the room views are better there), we were in the Annex building, next to the office. I would also work out the best way to get to the T next time, I prefer that to driving when possible. There is a small neighborhood park/playground across the street, which is good for families with small children (and it seems like there are pickup basketball games there often).
The room felt a bit cramped; the TV was on the wall above one of the beds, so we had to watch it from the table and chairs or sitting on the foot of the bed; the thermostat for our room was in the office; and the neighborhood doesn't have much in the way of restaurants.
