10.0 Excellent
Pros: Smaller hotel located in a quiet neighbourhood, 10 min from airport, with beautiful views of the sea. Rooms vary in size, but are well appointed and comfortable. Lower prices and comfortable rooms make the Inn at Crystal Cove highly recommended.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness.
Cons: Not having an office open more hours
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Pleasant location with view of Boston Harbor. Coffee shop within walking distance for breakfast sandwich. Although I did not get a chance to use the shared kitchen, it was well appointed. Had everything you would need.

Cons: Bathroom was very small
10.0 Excellent
Pros: view on ocean, airplanes coming, starting.. finally first ray of sunrise above ocean heralds about coming back to our dreams, to ourselves.. Thank you dear God.. Ave Maria
7.0 Good
Pros: Hotel gave a homey feel. If staying longer I would have appreciated that more. Comfy sitting area, open kitchen if you want to cook. Relaxed but very helpful staff.
Cons: Difficult for me to get luggage up narrow steep stairs. Help with that would have been nice.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff Clean Location Comfortable Reasonable price
Cons: No elevator No King beds
10.0 Excellent
Cons: We did not get our binder with hotel information at check in.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Close to Logan for easy early AM departure. Free parking.
Cons: Wifi worked only sporadically, and even when connected was horribly slow. Small room, older bed, uncomfortable pillows. Hard to find in dark, nothing nearby for late evening refreshment. Climate controls in room were difficult. No bath fan.
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: Thin walls allowed us to hear sounds from adjacent units. And even though the hotel was a only a few miles from the airport, it took 20 minutes to drive on a Sunday morning because you have to drive around the bay to get to the airport.
Winthrop Beach Inn And Suites - Winthrop - Bedroom
2
8.4 Excellent (67 reviews)
Overview Reviews
New England style Inn with large, newly renovated suites and modern kitchenettes Free WiFi and continental breakfast. An ideal location near the beach and Boston Logan International Airport.
5.8 Okay
Cons: We were on the third floor and the elevator didn't work for two days. The rooms do not currently have heating and after complaining we were given a portable heater only in the next day. We had leak of water in the room from the sink and we had to change for another room. There were no curtains in our rooms ... strange, it can't be dark and can see you from the outside
5.0 Okay
Pros: Staff was nice, the room was big enough
Cons: Chosen b/c it has an airport shuttle. It doesn't. You can take a cab for $17-20. They don't have a shuttle and shouldn't advertise as such. Room needed repair also.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: + large room with huge and comfy bed + nice location close to the airport, next to the beach + very clean + breakfast was self-serviced but it had all ingredients for a healthy morning mean + good nespresso coffee!
5.8 Okay
Cons: We had no heat. We had to bodyslam the door to open it. Our last morning we had no hot water and no clean hand towels. When we requested an additional blanket they brought one full of holes and stains. Our key cards would not work on day 3 of our 6-day stay.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The self-serve breakfast is very good, and the rooms are very clean.
Cons: The floors are squeaky and the walls a bit thin.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: room was cold and we could not get any heat
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We were only there briefly to do a layover between flights. The bed was super comfortable and the room was nicely decorated and set up. Nice bathroom and kitchen set up.
Cons: The only thing was the person upstairs was stomping around all night. Otherwise, it was a great choice.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect and the staff was very friendly. Very very clean room.
Cons: The bed was extremely uncomfortable for the price I was hoping to get a good night's sleep but I was lucky if I got 3 hours. Probably won't be staying here again just because of how bad the bed was. The shower was also very slippery I thought I was going to fall while taking a shower.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was OK, I little complicated to find everything. Location was great, only a block from beach.
Cons: I couldn't find a telephone in the room. When we checked out the next day there was no staff present.
6.0 Good
Cons: Location was disappointing. Stores and shops and restaurants in walking distance? Where
7.0 Good
Pros: Somewhat close and price

Château sur Mer Bed & Breakfast - Winthrop - Building
3
8.2 Excellent (191 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Château sur Mer Bed & Breakfast in Winthrop, you'll be a 5-minute drive from Revere Beach and 9 minutes from Long Wharf. Free self parking is available onsite.
7.1 Good
Pros: The home was charming, the bed comfortable, and the closeness to Logan airport perfect for us.
Cons: The heat in the room was stifling (in mid October). We could not get the windows open, and although the fan helped it was not sufficient. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillow(s) were a bit high for us, so not comfortable, and the heat in the room caused us not to sleep very well. We had indicated we would be leaving early, and although there was cold cereal and milk, there was no coffee or tea. A cuppa would have been good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Safe entry. Responsible people. Very CLASSY place. I would like to bring my wife here sometime.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location for the airport, only took 15 minutes to drive there the following morning. We were able to walk to a super restaurant for diner. Easy to park at the property.
Cons: Met the host only briefly, did not feel very welcome. Lots of rules and regulations. No facilities to make a tea or coffee which was a shame as we had to leave early in the morning so missed breakfast.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Awesome location and you cant beat the price. The lacation is beautiful. Bed was comfy.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Comfy bed, clean bathroom
Cons: Nothing in particular
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Inn keeper was very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy.
Cons: Breakfast was lack luster. Nothing homemade.
5.1 Okay
Pros: Cute house Good location Near water
Cons: Charming little bnb, but... Over a month old, expired food (yogurt, bread) at breakfast & Place needs a thorough cleaning.
4.6 Okay
Pros: breakfast was good and location would have been good if we had been permitted to leave our luggage as was claimed in the room notes.
Cons: Room notes asked us to tell them as soon as possible if we wished to leave luggage. This we did, the night we arrived. Unfortunately when my friend queried if they had anywhere other than the hall (accessible to all guests) where she could store her valuable camera for a few hours the next day, our question seemed to upset and provoke the owner as if we had questioned her honesty and probity. Nevertheless, it was still a terrible shock when she told us at 10.30 am the following morning when we were about to leave our luggage in the hall (and take our valuables out with us) that she and her daughter had decided they could not be responsible for our luggage and we must take it with us. Surely no-one can ever hold a proprietor responsible for stored luggage - there is always a disclaimer! Joan's unkind treatment of us meant that we had to spend our last 10 hours sitting in the airport instead of exploring Boston as we had planned. It therefore negated this property's virtue of being convenient for the airport and its claim that it was willing to store luggage.
Harrington House Bed & Breakfast - Winthrop - Bedroom
4
9.4 Excellent (306 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Visitors to Winthrop will find that the Harrington House Bed & Breakfast is a fantastic accommodation choice. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. According to our trusted guests, the facilities at this hotel are first-rate.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good location very friendly owner great breakfast.
Cons: Shared bathroom, however not a problem
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Perfect locale in Winthrop - the airport was more scenic than intrusive, and the waterfront was just as close and lovely as we had hoped. We lounged on the front porch for a while, soaking in the view and the sea air. Comfortable bed, nice (shared) bathroom, and quiet - only when I went into the hallway did I hear my neighbors snoring.
Cons: Breakfast was nice (fresh muffins), but eggs and meat (bacon, sausage, etc) would have been better. Limited indoor common-room seating - I'm glad the place was nearly empty while we were there, we would have had to fight for a chair.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The Harrington House Bed & Breakfast was amazing! The hosts were friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was very cosy and the neighborhood was quiet, good and safe. The interior of the room was stylish and the beds were comfortable.
Cons: We did not expect to have a shared restroom/bathroom - was still no problem at all! Would be good to clearly state it in the description though.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I was in Boston for a downtown conference and conference hotels are sterile and it's hard to find anything resembling quiet and calm. Harrington House is a 25 minute drive from down town, a short drive (and $5 parking) to the T - which is 10 minutes to downtown and 20 to the Hines Convention Center. The room was perfect, the shared bathroom immaculate and the continental breakfast great - do have the home made granola (if you tolerate gluten and nuts) with the yogurt and fresh fruit. There are gluten free cereals and fruits - as well as homemade muffins and cookies, as well. It was simply icing on a fabulous cake that the owners were welcoming, engaging, and a joy to talk with... though it may have helped that when I was very young I live in the Cambridge neighborhood Joey - a professional comedian - grew up in and, in my teens, lived in the NJ town next to the one where Maggie's lived, we even graduated from neighboring high schools in the same year.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved Harrington House!! I don’t even know where to begin* The owners were so kind. The home was beautiful. Loved the decor and cleanliness. The view was amazing! Ahhhhmazing! Highly recommend.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful hosts Maggie and joe Fantastic location to airport and Boston
Cons: Limited restaurants within walking distance No TV
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great beds, great breakfast. Cozy and amazing place. Great view of the water from the room we were in. Short trip to both Boston and Salem.
Cons: Nothing! I really can’t think of anything I would’ve changed. It was a perfect place for a weekend away.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly front desk staff. Hotel employee was extreamly helpful
5.0 Okay
Cons: The room was TINY. Only one of us could manage to get to the other side of the bed as you literally had to duck under the tv while climbing over the foot of the bed at the same time. Our room wasn't ready at 7, which is well after the 4PM check in time...
6.0 Good
Pros: Bed was comfortable. Soap smelled great.
Cons: My room was changed to a different room when I arrived that I didn't ask for. I already payed online. It was made seem like my room was changed to something better when indeed it was worse. Bigger bed. But we lost the use of the bath tub and space. We had a very small stand up shower. I had a romantic night planned for me and my significant other and we couldn't do what we wanted. Was also charged 140 dollars with out any explanation or anything. Highly disappointed.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The location.
Cons: We were made to feel like we weren’t allowed to be there, the woman at the front desk was actually quite rude about us checking in.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and classy.
Cons: The surprise $28. Fee for the spa, gym and wifi we did not used.
6.0 Good
Pros: Good location
Cons: The restaurant/ lounge in the lobby area was very bright and open which did not make it very private or inviting.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: everything great, except room size.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The food was awesome and the location was perfect, it was within walking distance of my event!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: very quiet. excellent staff at the desk. one, a guy upgraded my room for a few extra bucks. bigger and had a view of the public park and the capitol. very quiet and clean. i was impressed. half block to subway
Cons: nothing
5.0 Okay
Pros: modern design
Cons: Shower was 18 inches wide and physically could not wash my hair without spilling over on the floor or turning sideways. It was like trying to take a shower standing on a milk crate. Ridiculously small shower. Worst shower I have seen.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: LOCATION!!! Staff and Room Decor were fantastic!!
Cons: Not a big deal but getting into the room was a little tight as the door was right next to the night stand. Once we were in the room, although room is small it was more than sufficient for the two of us to have a relaxing weekend in the city.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was fantastic
Cons: The size of the shower is ...well...micro. I m not sure many would have minded an extra foot being used for shower space. I m not a huge guy but that was the only downside to the experience.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: History and staff
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very Good location
7.0 Good
Pros: The hotel itself was very cool. Probably the best parts about it were the bar on the main floor (lots of great cocktails and snacks, open pretty late), and the location (right in the Financial District, close to both Faneuil Hall and Boston Common).
Cons: The room (double bed room) we were in was VERY small. It was advertised to be able to accommodate 2 people, but it would've been much more comfortable for only 1 person. The bed was basically a glorified twin, and the bathroom was pretty cramped as well. Not necessarily worth the amount we spent.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It’s close proximity to Fanuiel hall
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The pillows were amazing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, was able to walk to many locations
6.0 Good
Pros: Thought the staff was efficient, experienced and helpful. The bed, bedding, towels and toiletries were nice.
Cons: Did not have breakfast but did have room service from the Market, which was inferior. The toilet flush was extremely loud, usually not an issue, except if other folks were asleep flushing was intrusive. The furniture, other than the office / desk chair was fairly uncomfortable. The HVAC, which looks like a retrofitted system, was loud and constantly blowing air. There was an old unplugged refrigerator just sitting on the floor next to the other refrigerator. Did not prefer viewing all the Hotel services, menus, etc. on the TV. Would prefer written material. In Hotel dining options very limited and sub-par.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great, the front desk let me choose a room on a higher floor, and everyone was so friendly it contributed to my wonderful stay.
Cons: The showers could use an update.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was excellent
Cons: The staff was a bit dismissive, but also the beginning of Covid-19. The valet was not helpful until after I checked in, but had to park car basically at the garage and carried my own bags back to the hotel to check-in.
6.0 Good
Cons: shabby property
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location was right next to the convention center with the conference I was attending, and plenty of food and drink options near by.
Cons: Hotel could use an upgrade, it's looking a little shabby (I've been there many times before). The worst part was the comforter on the bed was quite soiled and needed to be tossed aside before I could get into bed. Gross.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location. Room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everyone was very helpful. We had a few mishaps throughout the day, we where suppose to be in NYC and our event canceled. We booked a hotel in CT for the night and it was such a bad experience. 5.0 Okay
Pros: The rooms were much smaller than I thought they would be. The room service robots that were highly touted in the hotel's description merely deliver water bottles, they have no other capabilities. The hotel doesn't have room service. We couldn't even get a hot tea to the room. The door and walls surrounding the toilet are see-thru for some inexplicable reason.
Cons: The rooms were much smaller than I thought they would be. 6.8 Good
Pros: Conveniently located, small rooms but comfortable. The exercise facilities were great.

Pros: The breakfast was varied, fresh, delicious, perfect! The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We had a nice view of Copley Square from our window. I liked that when calling an elevators, the computer screen would tell me which one I should take. The location was excellent, very central.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Great location
Cons: The worst Marriot I have ever been! While I booked a higher level double-beds room, the front desk lady, Eva, gave me a 6th floor room. She didn't aware she was wrong until I asked her. Then she gave me a room on the top floor. HOWEVER, I OPENED THE DOOR AND FOUND THAT ROOM HAS ANOTHER GUEST ALREADY! So I went down again to get my room. this time another woman with no name tag deal with my problem, She just have cold face, say sorry perfunctorily, and told me they don't have two-beds room for higher floor. I was irritated at that time, and she ROLLED HER EYES TO ME. It was late that day and I need rest, so I finally checked in with a two-beds room in the lower level. Actually they charged extra $10 per room per day for the higher level, but they even FORGOT TO REDUCE THAT PART OF FEE. The whole check-in procedure really made me feel disgusted. Not discrimination or racist, I guess the second woman is Latin American because she has black hair, Also, the old man at the checkin desk is also arrogant and rude. While my friend and I came to the desk and havn't say a word, he just point to another place and said "go there " and ask another people to talk to us. Overall this experience with Marriot made me deeply disappointed and worried. Their room keys are electronic cards, which means everyone may face the same situation with me in Boston, you opened your room and found a man in the room, or you just finished shower and came out then find out a stranger is in your room. If you want to be treated nicely, then find another hotel, Marriot is not for you.

Pros: Location
Cons: Shower stall without a tub for taking a bath.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing room with amazing view.
Cons: I wasn’t informed by the valet that parking on site would be a fortune. Staying for three nights made this hotel visit far too expensive. Stayed in a gorgeous hotel IN the center of Baltimore and didn’t pay for parking. One particular valet was a rock star but I can’t remember his name. The cashier of the valet knew I was at the window. I was in a rush and she was working on something on the computer. I was trained at the Five Diamond Hilton at Short Hills that the computer can wait.

Pros: Very clean and friendly
Cons: No, everything was good
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The hotel was pretty. The lounge was very nice.
Cons: We booked a Suite for 5 people. When we checked in at 11pm, we were told the suite only had a kind size bed and that they were out of cots, our kids would have to sleep on the floor. After arguing with the front desk, they finally gave us a second room (which they initially tried to charge us for) which was in the exact opposite corner of the very large hotel but we were still short a bed. My daughter ended up sleeping on the floor. The second night, we were offered 3 cots so we could all be together however my sons are over 6 feet tall so the cots didn't fit them comfortably. Again, we were offered a second room (this time they offered it complimentary), this time closer to our suite. I just wanted to be together with my family not separated - I just wanted what I booked. To make up for the inconvenience, they offered us a free buffet breakfast - really?!?! A free buffet breakfast - so kind of them for a $1500 hotel stay which they completely screwed up...

You can basically walk to Downtown, it’s a pleasant walk. Great walk to waterfront. 7Eleven and Dunkin Donuts right across the street, pleanty of restaurants close as well. The room was big and the beds super comfy, loved it. The staff is really nice.
Cons: The street was a bit noisy, and you could ear noise from the other rooms. But would stay there again.
7.0 Good
Pros: The Room
Cons: The Size
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was so comfortable .staff was great ..the eggs Benedict was awsome
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the location. The one staff member who was able to assist us was great.
Cons: At the beginning of our stay, when we were asking for advice on places to visit or directions to local tourist sites, staff were unable to help. They stated they didnt know??? The COVID-19 pandemic started part way through the time of my stay I feel the way the staff handled it was not as good as it could have been. They cancelled in house services without notifying us. Changes that were related to the pandemic were not communicated to us. Other than this, all the staff except one were not very helpful. There is daily fee added into the cost of the stay for things such as the rooftop bar, gym etc. We were unable to use any of this during our stay, and even before the COVID-19 restrictions were put in place the rooftop bar was closed. This was not noted anywhere. There has been no offer for a reduction in the cost of our stay. It was very expensive considering.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice views of the city. Security: magnetic key card necessary yo use elevator.
Cons: $150 fee charged to credit card upon check-in. It was charged back same say as check-out though.

Harrington House Bed & Breakfast - Winthrop - Bedroom
1
