There was no coffee in the room and no where on the hotel premises to get one. There was no pools or gyms. All these things where falsely advertised with my stay.
Pros. Rooms were clean. Staff was nice.
Cons. The all inclusive is a joke. The food is horrible. If yiur used to a hotel then book a regular hotel. The price ends up being the same. This is a tourist trap of the highest order. They have taken over the strip of ancient hotels and turned it into one giant sprawling set of hotels that has no management.. I left my key in the room and had to drive two miles and 3sets of stairs. It should not be that hard.
Pros. All of the amusement park (mainly wooden coasters and go-carts and kiddie rides) rides were included as well as a decent-sized waterpark. We were in a close building which I imagine we got because i waited until last minute to book and paid more.
Cons. Free food option only included pork which we did not find out until waiting all the way through a 200+ person line. There should be more of a disclaimer. Rooms are really basic, no table/desk to sit at and no coffee maker, though there were some coffee supplies.
Pros. Park was great, hotel was okay.
Cons. Hotel stay was a joke for what we paid. We were in bldg 12 and so far from the park with a very basic room with no pool or game room or breakfast or anything. Rediculous for what we paid for a night.
Cons. Bags of garbage everywhere. Secure building doors that would not secure. Too far from resort given wrist bands that we could not use for anything because they were closed.
Cons. Too many buildings. We were building 25 out of 30 something and it was the furthest from the main building &parks. The room itself was so-so, no fans in bathroom so steam settled on wood floors leaving them wet and you can see the damage on bathroom door from steam, no coffee pot, main door wouldn't open without force. I was so disappointed with Mount Olympus; they are just about the money. Water park is too small for the large amount of people they let in. Stand in long lines for shortened go-cart rides,Free food from 12-5 advertised was a joke. 1 hot dog OR brat per person clear in the corner of the park. If you wanted another you had to go stand back in the long line! Guest private park is the OLD park! Parking was ridiculous & leaving was even worse! PAID WAY TOO MUCH!!!! If a Next time I would stay elsewhere and pay the $9 admission they were advertising. Pretty sure I paid more than that in the cost of my room along with that 1 hot dog per person! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!
Pros. We appreciated the free parking to the theme parks and access to the private water park the only resort guests were able to use.
Cons. I did not like that there was so many buildings of the resort. We were building 25 out of 30 something and it was the furthest from the main building and parks. It would have been nice if was disclosed upon reservation that the building might not be on the main resort. The room itself was okay, but there were a few bugs and the bathroom sink had large chips in it. The building Pool area was unavailable, windows blacked out /door locked, it would have been nice to relax by the pool during down time. For being such a large attraction of the Dells, I would have thought Mount Olympus would take better care of all their properties, not just main building and parks.
Pros. Easy to get to everything!
Cons. Couldn't understand some of the employees.
Pros. The theme park an water park
Cons. My room had mold parking is only for guest in building 1 or 2 i had to walk long distance just to find parking 3rd party sites dont inform you of what building your staying in the Building we stayed in looked like a former prison i would never stay at mt Olympus ever
