I am a 75 year old female and I did not hear the overhead page for early boarding, as I am a little slower to get on the plane and would appreciate the extra time to get into my seat. When I went to board the plane (zone 3), another passenger and his girlfriend wanted to sit together and refused to move out of my window seat, even after I told the gentleman I paid for that seat, including extra ($6) for the window seat. I felt I was bullied me out of my seat that I paid extra money for and because then another passenger in the other row yelled at me to "sit down" so I would not hold up the other passengers from sitting down in their seats. I was forced to take the seat the gentleman's girlfriend must have had in the middle of the two other passengers in the other row across from where I was scheduled to sit. I know I could have called the airline stewardess but felt pressured to stay where I was because of the other passenger I had to sit next to who had yelled at me earlier. I wish there was more of an attempt to let elderly passengers board first.

I left for the airport 2 hours before my flight because it takes 30 minutes to get there. My flight was on-time when I left for the airport. When I got to the airport it was cancelled. WTH! No weather issues in either the from or to location so not sure why there was not more advanced notice. HORRIBLY handled by Frontier. This has happened too many times and I will NOT be flying Frontier again. Terrible planes and very, very unreliable.

This was the only flight out of 4 that the stewardess smiled and was helpful. Flight 160. I wanted to cry when I was actually treated like a person rather than a cattle call.

I barely caught this flight as my connection was an hour late. I wished I had time to grab some food or drink. I went all day without anything but two small glasses of water (1 per flight). My anger though resides in my cheap 250 ticket actually ended up costing over 450. Traveling by air is becoming only for the elite of society. Next time I fly, I will travel with an airline that costs are upfront.

We were delayed because of mechanical /electrical problems. They allowed passengers to get off the plane. They finally admit they can't fix it. Now we have to wait while the people who got off get their bags again. Then we have to switch dates. Our flight was supposed to land at 7:19 it was after 11 o'clock p.m. my mother had the same experience on Frontier on Wednesday flying out to Denver. Frontier needs to get their act together it will be a long time before I book with them again.

Seat was uncomfortable due to insufficient foot space. All (about 6) overhead bins in the rear of the aircraft were full because crew stored “essential equipment” in them. Crew was not professional. After takeoff they never came around to see if anyone needed anything and not even a glass of water was offered for the entire flight. They didn’t even ensure that everyone wore seatbelts on landing - woman next to me was stretched out hugging her companion while landing wilth unbuckled seatbelt. Entertainment screen did not wirk properly.

On the MSP to ATL leg the gate crew made a huge deal about checking rolling bags. They even stopped us at check-in and nearly begged us to check our bags pointing to the backed up jetway. But we had a lot of unpacking to do before checking our bags so we politely declined three times. On getting to our seats there were at least 8 open slots for bags near us. I heard a crew member call forward to say "tell them no more rollaboards" so they forced everyone left to check. On departure they slammed shut several very large empty overheads. WTF

6 people overbooked, who might not have gotten seats. I was one of them. I recognize there was nothing I could have done either way but it was unpleasant to hear I might not get a seat on a flight I bought a ticket to a month ago, regardless of the price. And the return flight was dismal. Had to wait an extra 3 hours for maintanence on the plane (fine, would rather it get fixed than have an issue in the air) but we were told there would be vouchers worth some amount sent to our email after we landed back in cincinnati. It's been 3 days and I have received no such vouchers. It also turns out I payed $45 for a personal bag that was I guess covered under a personal bag? I recognize this as being partly my fault, but when I went to get my ticket "personal bag" wasn't an option, so I didn't think I had one, or my single backpack actually was $45 to take with me. Was not a terrible experience. Just not a good one.

I guess San Francisco ATC (Air Traffic Control) decided the plane couldn’t leave San Fran until way past our take off time. Then it takes two plus hours to get the plane here unload and refuel and rest. So I missed my connecting flight to Redding. Which meant I had to fly to Sacramento. Then I had a pleasant 3 hour drive on I-5 (can you sense my sarcasm?!) didn’t reach my destination until 5 in the FREAKING morning. Around 8 HOURS LATE TO MY DESTINATION

The lines are excessively long to check a bag, there was only 1 of 4 check in kiosks working, which created it’s own line. Also the carry on bag fee at the airport was incredibly steep.

They made us get on and off the plane, first they said leave your bags on the plane, then take them off, then reload and put them back on. They didn't know what they were doing. On top of that, the baggage fees are outrageous. I will never fly frontier again.

I flew economy. We left the gate on time, the seat was comfortable, entertainment was varied, flight attendants that I came in contact with were professional and pleasant, food was hot and very good, pilots got me where I wanted to go, and that little container of ice cream - oh I love it! The plane was not completely full, which made the seating more comfortable than it would have been if the plane was full.

I was ushered into what became a very slow line to board. The employee at the end of my line had to deal with a few problems so I ended up boarding close to the end, behind those with higher group boarding numbers than I. Having a single line up to the two boarding employees, would avoid that, albeit make a longer line to begin with.

I was booted off my flight and then got rerouted on 4 different planes...IAD to London, to Geneva to Zurich to Barcelona. Got to Barcelona and my bag was missing. It was a nightmare.
