Pros (+) Excellent staff, clean facility, quiet rooms (and guests), we'll prepared breakfast with good coffee choices. Although they were in the middle of re-keying the facility's doors, guests were given ample assistance with new door key cards and the heightened security measure was reassuring.

Pros (+) Good waffle bar. Breakfast hostess was super helpful. The bad news... I used my credit card to purchase a soda from the machine on the 3rd floor. After swiping the card it said $2.50, but it actually charged me $5.00! I told the front desk and they said "Sorry about that. We'll let them know." Thanks for nothing but a $5.00 Coke.
