The hotel was close to Baylor and that is the best thing I could say about it. Hotel was old and in need of repair. The "breakfast" was what they could buy at Walmart. Nothing was fresh and they ran out of food. There was not enough seating for guest. So, we had to stand to eat. Again, cheap hotel.
Very convenient location The AC didn't work well and the tub drained slowly
WiFi was decent. Room was clean. Staff nice. Place to secure my 4x6 trailer in the parking lot. Location, near convention and stores. Broken electrical outlets behind the bed. AC Unit controls were wonky. Not enough light. Waffle machine broke.
It was close to freeway and Baylor University, which we were visiting. It was depressing and run down. It smelled and the decor was awful. The hallways were musty. The bed was slanted the pillows lumpy. Never stay here!
Changed my room without fuss or additional charges Analog TV with only a handful of channels
The front desk personnel were very nice and accomodating. The pillows on the bed were extremely comfortable and I slept great!
Perfect location for Scruffy Murphy's.
Location to Baylor The proximity to the loud freeway, smell of rooms, out dated wall paper and paintings, dirty elevator thresholds
Clean clean room! Staff were very professional cordial and friendly. Good value for our purpose. Free breakfast was a plus!
Friendly staff, clean room, breakfast and good value No microwave in room
comfort and price no pool
Nothing Room wasn't cleaned. Was put in a smoking room when I requested non-smoking. They were totally booked so I couldn't change rooms.
Staff was nice, bed was comfortable, close to convenience/grocery stores & restaurants, parking was close to the room Exterior was a little dirty, asked to not have maid service morning after I checked in & next day they serviced the room,
It was close to the highway but still very quiet. The rooms were large with plenty of outlets. The shower had plenty of force for the water. Nice flat panel TV with good sound. As typical with Motel 6 you have to pay for WiFi. What's worse is that you can't pay online. Nope, you have to go back to the front desk to pay and then they give you a code to log on. Weak WiFi signal which again is common with Motel 6. Only other complaint? The floors in my room were dirty. After taking a shower and walking into the room I had to every time wipe my feet off before getting in bed. The room was cleaned but the floors were never touched.
Clean, newly remodeled. No mystery odors. Wooden floors so no carpet yuck to worry about. Friendly staff. Minimal, no frills, but a great value for budget travelers. Minimal bed linens. No blanket. No microwave but the pictures show microwave and frig. Wifi is not included - $2.99 a day extra but clearly disclosed in advance.

i thought for the price it would be better the hotel did not have a sofa like it said it did and no table was there either
The staff was friendly but only seen them on checking in and out. The bed was comfortable, the pillows was very soft. It was fairly nice but did have a few problems as stated below. It was located close to the Providence Hosp. No coffee pot/microwave in room. Very noisy from hotel washing/drying clothes and trucks from businesses next door. We couldn't confirm a handi-cap room or down stairs room for my handi-cap wife till 11am the day of check-in. Didn't tell us about elevator
This was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. Mostly because the man working the front desk was unbelievably rude. I still am so confused by his attitude and behavior. The staff.
It's location It looked nothing like the online images displayed. Beds were terrible. Comforters were dirty. Microwave appeared to be 20+ years old. Indoor 'seasonal' pool. It was a dive. Will not use/recommend again.
location When we tried to check in after 1 o'clock, we were told to call after 3pm to see if our room MIGHT be ready. Thin walls. We heard people stomping around upstairs in the night, people across the hall laughing, and the man next door taking a shower.
It was close to where I needed to be. The staff charged my card before I could give them my AARP Card and refused to cancel my card. There were crumbs and hair on my sheets in the bed. The lady at the front desk is very rude and hateful, called the room phone yelling at me.
The laminate floors. I find that the carpent in hotels rarely gets cleaned and the thought of walking on nasty carpet was just more than I could stand. I was pleasantly surprised when we walked in and it was laminate flooring. Although they had an indoor pool, there was no outdoor pool. The drink machine was lit up but there were no drinks in it at all. Air conditioners kept turning off (we had family members staying at same hotel on another floor).
The location was convenient to the Waco Convention Center. I liked having a refrigerator in the room. The shower had serious plumbing problems on the first day of my stay. I reported the problem and it was fixed on my second (of three) day. The included breakfast was disappointing. Otherwise the best I can say is that the Deluxe Inn was "adequate". The computer printer in the lobby needed a new toner cartridge. It printed, but unevenly. The "needs toner" light was on.
It was very quiet, even though we were right off the interstate.
