We have booked a room in the 4 star part of the hotel, but we did get a suite in the 5 star part against our booking for the same price. The area of the suite was ca 60 m2, modern furnished and clean. The breakfast was good, there is a sport centre nearby. The location is close to the airport (15 min), and not so busy during the rush hours. Generally no bad experiences, can be problematic just without a car.
travelling around and the accessability
it was closed to the airport. the room was nice no comment
ambiance,service,in my case location
Room was very modern, large & very clean. Buffet breakfast was wonderful and in a lovely setting.
Excellent selection of breakfast items. Nice view. My reservation through booking.com was actually not registered with the hotel - the staff at check in was kind enough to allow me to use their computer to show I have a reservation, but the feeling was not very nice. Cracks in the bathroom tiles.
Food was excellent and room was comfortable. Communication in English was somewaht strained. Very nice hotel and will use your services again. Did not inform me of some options in a timely manner. Like staying over an additional half day.
Comfort, room, surroundings, beakfast, value for money. Personnel at reception - difficulty to pay in euro, and to put the invoice on company name.
My room and bathroom was spacious, well furnished and very clean. The staff could do with some "charm lessons", they are efficient but quite abrupt!
Very spacious rooms and on a goofd location to easily access the highway as well as Tel Aviv city centre
The unfriendliness and rudeness of the staff, the poor quality of the internet service, the poor quality of the air conditioning, the fact they tried to swindle me for more money, the horrid quality of the breakfast.
Nothing. Front Desk and Security Guard, Useless. Didn't help my client in a bad situation with a crazy cab driver. They just stood there and didn't say anything. I was very disappointed with the lack of service here.
the location of the hotel was good for us as it was near our chilidren and grandchildren. the hotel was clean and the food ample. the workers in the dining room were very nice. the security in the garage after 9pm was excellent. at times the clerks behind the front desk were a little hard to understand, although the woman in the office was excellent.
Although not in Tel Aviv proper, this hotel is conveniently located in the center of Ramat Gan. There is a good mix of residential areas and shopping and dining options nearby, and the beaches are only about 3 miles away. The hotel breakfast is buffet style with large selections, and the pool on the roof and gym on the top floor are quite nice. I stayed in a 1 bedroom suite with a small kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, kettle, no stovetop) which was handy. WiFi was free and fast, though it broke for a few hours during my stay. Efficient and quiet ac. Bed and sofabed were comfortable. Clean. Parking lot is pretty abundant and spacious, except from 9pm to 6am everyday and on Saturday where the gate is locked and you may have to wait a long time for someone to open it.
Good quality of breakfast buffet. At my check-out, they tried to trick me adding 20 usd per day to the previously agreed rate; the room was not clean enough; no soap/shampoo available in the bathroom, strange even for a lower than a 4-star grade hotel.
Enjoyed the pool in the summer months and the use of the exercise gym and jacuzzi. Liked having a refrig and micro in kitchen. Convenient transportation to Tel Aviv and use of Internet. the fabric of the couch was not clean.
Clean, good breakfast buffet, parking available for rental car.
It was very quiet although full and the Canada Lounge was useful especially with refreshments. Car parking good price No
Location: easy excess to central sites; Comfort room Service to Airconditioner that leaked and was wetting the carpet
