Friendly staff that also spoke English. Good location with plenty to do in the area. Room had an A/C with a remote. Nice sized hdtv with good mounted viewing position in the corner. You had to insert the key card into the wall to power the room, so you couldn’t misplace it. My room had a balcony with a view of the main street. The water pressure was outstanding. It was quiet from above and next to me. There was a Family Mart right near it. It was close to the town with a bunch of shops, restaurants, and arcades. The money was already deducted from my credit card, so checkout was quick.
They had a list of rules in the room that weren’t disclosed in the hotel policies on booking.com. The A/C made a random echoing dripping noise, which woke me up in the middle of the night several times. It dripped loudly about twice per second, which was unbearable. My room was right above the main street, which was directly across from the fire department, so I kept hearing the sirens and loudspeakers several times throughout the day and night. The towels were thin, rough, and even the bath towel was small. There was only one entrance to the hotel by the front desk, so there was no privacy when inviting guests over. The included breakfast was only a small croissant, two small rolls, and a small cup of coffee from a coffee machine, which was good and fresh but not a complete breakfast nor nutritious. The bed was very very firm, even with the mattress pad they had on it. The bed faced the window and the curtains didn’t block out much light, so it was too bright for me and woke me up everyday at 6am. There was a charge for late checkout for each extra hour. When using the bathroom sink and/or mirror, you had to stand directly on top of the drainage grate. The shower was small. The sink was angled down, so it was difficult to get things to stay on it. There was no handsoap in the room. I had to use the bodywash to wash my hands. You have to return the keycard every time you leave the room (but I guess all hotels in Japan have this policy). There was no elevator nor ramp at the nearest subway station, so bringing luggage up and down two sets of stairs was a hassle.
Stayed altogether for 2 months, staff were friendly and professional doing everything to make sure I was comfortable
I actually stayed for 12 days. Staff were excellent. Hotel was in a great spot
Very helpful and kind staff. I came for relatively long stay and when I had to extend my stay they made sure to get me into a more comfortable room with kitchenette, microwave etc
I’ll stay again this Friday
