Many good things, hotel staff is very helpfull if there is any problem.
Hotel is closed daily between 10AM and 16PM and then you must go somewhere else to rest for example. You need to check out every day even if you stay for the next day. Very little space for luggage, I think private cabin is a must have for someone outside Japan.
The free breakfast was amazing and the receptionist was super friendly and explained everything very clearly.
Good for solo traveller. Was quiet and not busy for my stay. Good arrangement with the hotel breakfast buffet
Very friendly front desk staff. Very clean bed and floors in the sleeping area. Free manga to read while you're in bed. The breakfast buffet was excellent. There's a rack with a bike lock on it to secure your coat.
There's no early flexibility in the check-in time on the day. You can't check in before 4pm as the hotel staff aren't there until 4, but they did hold my baggage for me until then.
The capsul was comfy and spacy. The staff was polite, nice and welcoming.
It was noisy there was a lot of loud banging going on and the person next door was beyond noisy. I didn’t like that it was an spa open to the public as well I felt that was a bit uncomfortable.
