Pros: I booked for 2 but they said I only booked for 1 and I needed to pay 30 euros more, I asked for what reason would I need to pay more for and the answer was for 1 pillow and towel. The room was the same and my New York answer was a No Way. If you give me a bigger room no problem which was a no we don't have any. They finally agreed and I went to my room but be aware check your reservation carefully. Room was fine, bed was good as well as the bathroom. The problem is the summer months in Germany you can not lower the AC to below 20 C which is 72 and that is way to warm for me. Visit spring or fall

Cons: We planned most of our activities in Munich and the hotel was quite a trek from the main attractions. The room was a bit dusty and the bathroom plumbing made the whole room smell.

This bed and breakfast is peacefully situated in the middle of fields and meadows on the edge of the town of Grasbrunn. All of the spacious rooms have under-floor heating and a minibar. Some feature a kitchenette. You can easily reach the hotel via highway A8, the access for which is approximately 2 miles away. It is about a 15-20 minute drive to the Munich convention center from the hotel. Free parking is available.
