Pros. The staff was great. All were helpful and kind. The location is nice. The style/decor of the hotel and the room is really fun and quirky. The room was plenty large and the bathroom was just right with a super nice rain shower head and good sized counter.
Cons. The door of the spa/gym is VERY loud. Either the hours should be limited (rather than 24 hours) or a quiet/silent close door needs to be installed. Until then, avoid the two rooms directly adjacent to the spa/gym.
Pros. Excellent value and excellent rooms. Not far from center via tram, and near nice walks along the Limmat. Fine restaurant at the hotel. Highly recommend!
