We didn’t like it. Very confusing and felt uncomfortable with no staff in the hotel.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many noting its proximity to public transport, the city center, and key attractions. Cleanliness was also highlighted positively, as rooms were generally found to be tidy and well-maintained. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms contributed to a pleasant stay for many guests. However, several reviewers expressed dissatisfaction with the lack of on-site staff, challenges with self check-in procedures, and occasional issues with service responsiveness. Overall, the positives of location, cleanliness, and comfort outweighed the negatives for most guests.AI-Generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Walkable distance from the train station if you don't mind walking up stairs. Easy walk to the lake (approx 15 minutes). Appreciated the USB charging port in the room so that I didn't need to rely on my own power adapter.
Cons (-) Room a tad on the small size making it a bit tight to walk around the bed.
