Everything was good. The only problem we experienced is that my daughter and I were flying Lufthansa to Europe, but back by United and we couldn’t book the seats, even when I was checking in for the flight 24 hours in advance. I got the seats assigned only 1.5 hours before departure. As a result we were seated separately. And in the middle. I always book my seats by the aisle as I have diabetes and I use the restroom often. You should work on that issue to allow passengers to book their seats in advance.

Nothing bad, nothing special.
It would be much improved if the crew didn't force me to ride with my seatback up on an eight hour flight. What’s the point of a reclining seat if you’re forced to sit in the fetal position?
Flight was overbooked. Crew did a great job but passengers weren’t nice and really not patient. Flying in these times is not the best idea tbh.

Pros: "The incoming pilot to Nice parked at the wrong gate and apparently, once parked, it could not be moved. So the airport had to scramble buses which made the flight depart more than an hour late. We had a 50-minute layover and Lufthansa did not hold the plane. So we got home a day late."

Impressed with the space of the Premium seats even though I did not have one. Loved having warm bread/roll with evening meal. Seat head rests could be raised to help taller people."
Cons: "Headphones in the back of the seats were two pronged and did not fit the display. Attendants offered appropriate headphones at first of flight, but I did not understand what was going on. Seats were a little hard. Some of the mesh pockets on the backs of seats were not properly attached at the bottom and items placed in the them would fall through."

Cons: "Our plane was 30 mins late and the terminal was right next to security so we couldn’t hear them when they spoke the English or French on the PA system about us being delayed. We just barely made our connecting flight and our next flight was way better in service. Our luggage didn’t make the connection and hoping that all our precious cargo from our anniversary trip made it. The flight attendant told us we had enough time to make it to our next flight but I honestly ran from one point of the airport to the other. The staff said it wasn’t that far and no checkpoints to go through - this information was false."

I had to actively seek out the ticket counter for another airline, through which my connecting flight was re-routed."

Just because someone has paid extra for a better seat, does not mean they should inconvenience elderly people (who are less flexible in moving further back). This creates a poor environment. Please consider not having your seats recline to the point where they make the person in the seat behind, extremely uncomfortable."
