I liked my stay. the hotel was clean and staffs were very nice. food, pool, location, design.
The only positive was the pool . yes food was poor ,i had a caterpillar in the salad. room was small, with poor decor, windows not claen and kids were bitten by mosquitos.
Grandeur and facilities
nothing the mayskitoes in the room and also room has no ( boiler, coffee, tea, sugar, table for eating, mini bar )
i changed my room three times during my stay they have big problem in air condition system. they gave me one night extra to compansate me for my uncomfortable stay as i was very angry with them. i'll not stay at sheraton again all my life
Excellent rooms, room service, hotel staff very helpful 1. The limousine / taxi service was annoying and expensive. The hotel is located away from normal streets / local taxis and I feel the limousine service use this to their advantage. I needed to negotiate prices with the taxi service staff every time which ended up costing close to as much as the hotel !! 2. Cleaning staff came too early to clean the room.
The rooms are nice and big We found the hotel too noisy (construction of the building near to the swimminpool and music from 7am in the morning next to the door of our room!). This is not a hotel to relax and we think the quality of the food could also be much better.
the hotel staff was very helpful. shuttle to and from was convenient and the hotel "limo" sevice showed us around Cairo and the pyramids with no hassle. the pool areas were beautiful and the dining room was open 24 hours so after our flight delay we were still able to get something for dinner. this didn't affect our stay, but the hotel is not close to downtown so if you are wanting to wander around Cairo this hotel may not be the best location.
hotel is too far from city center and it is quite for new married persons there are no any shopping center around
good room service, large , clean and modern rooms too far to downtown, staff always trying to make money avoiding taxis and proposing expensive limos, only one way to reach Cairo
