Spacious apartments with two bathrooms. Everything. Three rooms in the flat, quiet location and you can find all services around you by car. Location. Yin in reception is always pleasant and helpful in accommodating me and my guests. Spacious. Good apartment only need to makesure hair dry at room, dentist kit and slippers and water heater was not working. It has everything we need. Big and comfortable room, friendly staff, facilities, location. Receptionist on that day in Adagio Hotel is very helpful as well as the Bell Boy and also they gave my wife a small birthday cake! A tip for those who will celebrate any party, indicate in your reservation that you will have a party on that room. MAYBE they can give you a room/floor that nobody will be disturb and complain you hahaha. For the price the hotel is clean, good service and location. Location, environment, calmness. It was my first time to stay here. I checked in very late, however the recption lady Ms Hritika was very much helpful and kept a note of my preferences and provided me the room at the earliest possible as it was having some maintenance issue. It was a short stay so couldnt have the breakfast though. Rooms were clean and much in budget. Also Check out was pretty much quick. I really appreciate to Rimsha The Nepali girl who is working in front desk her way of talking to the client was excellent as always her service wonderful and because of her i always prioritise to stay al bustan adagio and each and everything is wonderful about hotel highly recommended just loved it feel like home Happy ???. The space of the apartment is superb. The three bedroom apartment & one bedroom studio we rented for our 8 member family made our trip more memorable and comfortable. They had provisions for all amenities and were quick to respond to our requests for extra towels, dish soap, tea/coffee powder, etc. The rooms were clean and spacious. Would highly recommend this property. Rimsha at the reception was most attentive to our requests. It was amazing staying and we love it. bad smell, was not clean. More kitchen equipment/cleaning materials please. Nothing everything was bad. Due to less staff, the checkout was delayed by 1.5 hours. Apartments completely isolated from outside - no balcony, no windows that you can open for fresh air, only airconditioner. Bad comunication between frontdesk and reservation system, so i have had to wait till they found my paid reservation which was made 3 days prior our arrival. Low water pressure and sometimes not working wc. Little far from downtown and attractions areas, not provided twin beds room as option, all rooms have double beds!, not recommended for short stay. Toilet hose leaked, housekeeping never places towels in guest bathroom which has a full shower, cooking ware and utensils vary from apartment to apartment, can never mirror my Netflix to the tv. Poor service. We book for 1 studio and 1 3 bedroom apartment. Check in time was 2pm but we were able to get the 3 bedroomroom almost 5pm. We squeez in the studio room. Staff in the reception fatma was not helping at all, blant affect and seems tired of her work. The facilities in the room are incomplete so we need to ask the hotel in between. The room keys are not working at times so you need to go down to the reception and have them check. Only the showers water is sppillibbg even doors are closed. Late in service. Water leakage from the lamp in bathroom smelly kitchen dishes were dirty before we used them really disappointed… adajio and novotel Whats going on recently .. from my record i use to come on weekly basis last couple of years now thing will change since that how thing goes so far. Walls with mould. Booking was changed from 2 bedroom apart to 2 - single bedroom & far from each other No hand soap in the washroom No tissues in the room No towels in the washroom No water bottles in the room. Only one glass filtered water. Lift card system. The furniture is worn out. No noise insulation, flimsy wall between rooms. Walls with mould. The cigarette smoke and the mildew smell in the halls. Rude staff in the restaurant. Everything! The staff are cold and unwelcoming The rooms are dirty The towels are dirty and worn out The bathrooms are cold and smells bad The kitchen is smelly and full of ants The carpets and curtains are dirty and full of stains The beds are squeaking My access card got deactivated a day before checking-out! Poor housekeeping, few employees, no breakfast. The kitchen is minimally equipped for daily needs. bathtub leaking water , smelly towels , sofa in living room clearly not clean . i booked for baby cot online but they told not available when i arrived , i asked higher floor they gave floor 1. No more parking. Only 1 staff at reception. Poor. Furniture is falling apart, basic amenities are missing such as dish soap, sponge, bath floor towels, etc. it has such a great potential if only details are taken care off. Prices was little bit high. If possible to put more specific signages for parking and where to enter as it's a bit confusing. There are lots of doors/entrance. We tapped our keycard on 2 doors already with Adagio sign but not working, only to find out there's still one more door at the end where our key card worked. But overall it's a pleasant stay. The prices were hiked up drastically for the F1 weekend but I guess that’s just how tourism works!
