Roberto was an amazing host, he took us on a little tour of the town and knows lots about the region and is always willing to tell you anything you want to know. No, for the price we paid the room was fantastic
The family running the hotel were lovely! They were so friendly, helpful and accommodating (they even made a birthday cake for one of us!). It was in a beautiful area and near to some gorgeous locations. Roberto recommended places for us to visit and was happy to talk about local culture/traditions. Breakfast was a little boring (I think that's because breakfast isn't big in Italy?) but we ate so much during our break away that it probably helped us to not overeat...too much!
The hotel is situated in the beautiful town of Bomerano set in a valley surronded by mountains, an ideal location for hill walkers. The Hotelier Roberto and his dad Geraldo are such kind, generous people and Roberto has excellent knowledge of the surrounding areas. This was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in.Geraldo provided fresh fruit from his garden for breakfast which was really so kind.
Very nice and friendly staff. They gave us good recommendations for day trips and restaurants in Agerola Be aware that Agerola is located in a little valley above the Amalfi Coast. You don't have sea view from the house.
very helpful staff; gave great advice re places to see and eat and helped with booking onward travel. wonderful breakfast and such nice people welcoming and friendly always
Francesca and Catarina we extremely welcoming and friendly hosts. The breakfast was amazing, with fresh homemade cakes, omelettes, meats, cheeses, fruits, pastries, and they even specially made gluten free cake for my wife. The room was fabulous, with a large, soft bed, a balcony with a view of the valley, and a great bathroom with a rainfall shower. The location is prefect for walking down the path of the gods, as we did all the way to Positano and then back to Amalfi via ferry where a SITA bus can bring you back to Bomerano for less than 2 euro (Francesca gave us all the information, complete with bus schedules for making this ideal round trip excursion). I plan to come back for a full week someday if I am fortunate enough to return to this wonderful area. Nothing.
