Pros: The place was very clean and spacious. The view was stunning and the swimming pool very large with a dedicated safe area for children . The restaurant and bar prices affordable and the quality excellent. The breakfast is complete with many options and will satisfy any taste. The parking is also spacious and with natural shaders (beautiful pine trees and others ). With a few words I highly recommend this hotel especially for families with little kids.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: A real gem in the area. We were a family of four and really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Excellent accommodation and very clean. The hotel has perfect location with great view and a pool that your children (and you) will just love. Very friendly and professional staff. Great value for money in every aspect - would definitely stay again.
Cons: Breakfast could be a bit better, however you need to take into account that you are not staying in a 5-star hotel but on a very well run small hotel so not a real issue Recommendation to the hotel: Getting for first time to the hotel can be greatly improved if you just remove the first sign and direct people from the second paved road.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was absolutely fine. Lots of choice. There was only one other couple of people in the hotel when we were there so they catered accordingly. Location was perfect for a quiet getaway and the view from the hotel was absolutely fabulous. The pool was stunning and kept immaculately clean by the owner. It was very peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely reccomend
Cons: nothing

10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was the last stop of an all too short return to the Peloponnese, and it was an absolute gem. From the moment we arrived we were made so welcome by our wonderful hosts. Everything about the Theoxina is high quality, and our room was amazing. What stands out is the personal touch in all aspects - there are many 5star luxury hotel managers that could learn a lot from visiting the Theoxina. It is a class act and we are definitely staying longer next time.
Cons: Having to leave to go home.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything... starting with the owners.. hospitality on this scale I have never experienced. The apartment was perfect, the area is beautiful...very natural. The local restaurants, especially Socrates which is just around the corner. This is a perfect base for touring the western Peloponnese. We had trips out almost every day..Pylos, Methoni, Koroni all amazing places to visit.
Cons: Nothing to not like
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My partner and I had the extreme pleasure of staying at the Theoxenia Hotel Apartments in mid May. The hotel is run by Evgenia and her 2 sons-Thanos and Antonis. I have to say we have never before experienced such terrific hospitality - as we received from this lovely family. They go out of their way to ensure your holiday is both memorable and free of worry. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The accommodation itself is very clean and apartments spacious and well equipped. Expect to wake up to the delicious aromas from the kitchen- as Evgenia produces more of her mouth watering home made cakes and pastries. The pool bar offers all day refreshments and the meatballs and chicken rival anything offered by the nearby restaurants.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly Staff
Cons: Nothing all great
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing better
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was as if every last detail had been considered and taken care of. Breakfast was delicious, homemade local food as well as standard breakfast to suit all diets.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is in the center of the village and well positioned for all amenities. The staff were all happy, helpful and polite. Breakfast was amazing, a huge choice and well presented with lots of homemade Greek dishes.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: What can I say? I had a lovely time in this hotel. The family is so nice, you feel very welcome from the minute you arrive (you get juice and home-made cake). My room was spacious, very clean, nice view from the balcony on the pool and the sea. Bed very good as well. Breakfast is amazing, lots of choice of sweets, eggs, pastry, fruit, etc. Eugenia is a super woman, she's not only a great cook, but also makes olive soap en olive oil, you get some when you leave. Thanos and Antonis are very friendly and helpful. Thanks guys, will definitely stay at Theoxenia again!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel has had so many excellent reviews that there is nothing more to add. During our stay we found that quite a few of the guests were repeat visitors (some over many years). The family and staff could not be more helpful and friendly. The facilities are spotless and there are restaurants, bars, and a small supermarket all within a short walk. The beach is five minutes away although you may prefer to carry on walking for one hundred yards or so to the first beach bar (Kivotos) for sand, sunbeds and an excellent Greek salad. You can't go wrong with the Theoxenia
Cons: Saying goodby
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The hosts Evgenia, Thanasis and Antonis were very friendly and helpful. Both studio rooms were clean and comfortable and more than adequate for a Bed and Breakfast stay. The breakfast selections were plentiful and very good, Evgenia adding some great homemade items. Yum Yum. Nice pool and deck area, some good choices for lunch etc. if you do not wish to move far or get out and about. There are 4 Tavernas within a 2 minute stroll and another 2 within 5 minutes. Chrani is a delightfully quiet seaside village, well located for exploring the Messinian peninsular and Theoxinia is an ideal place to stay/base yourself. Thank you for the leaving gift of the family pressed Olive Oil and thanks for making us so welcome.
Cons: There was nothing to dislike.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owner of the complex Mrs Irene was extremely pleasant and helpful. All the staff were great and very friendly. The location was excellent and the breakfast was superb. Highly recommended for anyone travelling in this area. We would love to visit again.
Cons: Everything was great. We liked everything
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hosts are very kind. Accommodation is clean and is maintained daily. The mattresses are comfortable for sleeping. We took a half board and it's the best choice. Breakfast is self-service. Food is excellent, and most of all we liked the fresh press fruit and vegetable juices. The second meal, lunch or dinner, is special. The salad and starter are served first, and after that the main course. The menu includes different types of meat, fish and seafood, vegetables, and pasta. It’s mostly traditional Greek cuisine. Some of these dishes are much more expensive in other hotels and other countries, so half board really worth it. In addition, the hotel is on the beach, so you can eat by the sea. You can sit for a long time after a meal and enjoy a pleasant ambience, no one is rushing you to leave the table, which is also a kind of luxury that this hotel offers. The beaches in front of and around the hotel are quite satisfactory, but those who want a little more excitement, needs a car. Peroulia beach is 5 km from the hotel, and the famous Voidokilia beach is 40 km away. There are many small towns, castles and archaeological sites in this area that can be visited. We played table tennis every day at the hotel and it's free. Sunbeds and beach umbrellas in front of the hotel are free as well.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice location with private small beach. Staff was very kind and every room has something different to show. The Best part is the breakfast. Lot's of tastes and the most important.. traditional dishes

Cons: Stay 1 night was to short
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We have stayed at Hotel Aggelos several times, and always get a friendly welcome. We love its location, in the small harbour village of Agios Andreas, right on the beach. The hotel has a good taverna and a marvellous range of food is on offer at breakfast.
Cons: The bathroom is small and laid out very awkwardly, and the shower is up a large step.
10.0 Excellent

8.3 Excellent

Pros: We booked one night landed up staying three. The rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel right on a clean beachfront and meters to a local village with fishing harbor with restaurants/ coffee shops /bakery etc. Breakfast spread at hotel was very generous with huge selection of hot and cold choices. Good variety of local dishes too. All produce was fresh. Food at the restaurant is delicious. Certainly ticked all the boxes.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The suite we had is brand new, modern furniture. Welcome plate of fruits and fresh water, it was very nice. There is a fridge in the room. You can find several restaurant on the port, 3 minutes walk. Breakfast is great, lots of choice, they even prepared crepes for our kids!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Renovated room with a very comfortable bed! Good location: you can swim in front of the hotel and the taverns and restaurants are in a walking distance (or you can even eat at the hotel's restaurant or have a drink at the quiet bar!). A great breakfast with an interesting buffet with local products! Polite personnel. The welcome plate with fruits and the cold bottle of water!!!

Pros: Small, family-run hotel in a quiet, rural and beautiful location. A perfect place to chill out, which is what we wanted. Lovely clean pool, plentiful sun beds, spacious bedroom with plenty of storage, toiletries all based on local olive products, beach towels provided and of very good quality. Outstanding breakfasts with lots of traditional, local home-cooked produce. Small private beach very close nearby and larger beach with sunbeds an easy walk away. The staff were very helpful. Two good restaurants within easy walking distance, and discovered on the last night you could eat in a traditional cafe in the nearby village of Vounaria. Lovely small historic town and harbour of Koroni about 15 minute drive away. The local area is still relatively quiet and unspoilt - a perfect get-away location and excellent small hotel to stay in. We liked it so much we would go back again.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our host was very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. We loved the view across the bay and the superb facilities in our rooms. Fantastic place to stay in Koroni.
Cons: Absolutely nothing, it was perfect.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful location overlooking Koroni harbour (but perhaps not for you if 200+ steps up from the centre aren't your thing). Violetta is a great host and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and comfortable - make sure you try her homemade liqueur! Big, comfortable bed, generous bathroom and a terrace perfect for chilling or having a nightcap with Koroni and the sea spread out below. The Kafeneion on the corner of the harbour is a great place for a cool beer - and you must try one of their generous but eclectic meze plates. Koroni has lots of restaurants but, for us, the best is the little souvlaki place (Diamantakis) one street back from the harbourside.
Cons: Everything was perfect
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Highly recommended for a stay in Koroni. Good and comfortable room with nice view at the harbour and sea. The room has an authentic touch made by the owner, who is very welcoming anf friendly.
Cons: Check out the route in detail before you drive the last fee kilometers if you use Google maps, it has some errors and may direct you to the downtown
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms, the building, and the entire surrounding area are so quaint. Incredible experience. The hosts take pride in their hospitality and do a wonderful job. And what a view! Highly recommended.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet place with a very beautiful terrace with amazing view on the sea on top of Koroni. And a very kind welcome.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Violetta was a perfect and generous host. The view from our terrace was fabulous. The property was spotlessly clean. Overall a terrific place to stay in The Peloponnese.
Cons: The Double bed and Shower were small for a big guy such as I. However it did not detract from our enjoyment. A great stay!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Violetta is a very good host with friendly attitude. Double room is well decorated and has a nice balcony with superb view. You can go for a walk to Koroni post with tavernas and bars (just 3-5 minutes to go). Everything has been so good, that I've forgotten my phone charger there:)
Cons: A little bit slow internet connection.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Decent location, quite a distance from shops and tavernas and a lot of stairs on the way, but it was a nice exercise :) It was easy to find the hotel. Parking available nearby but it was also doable to park in the street. Rooms cosy and quite nice, bathroom too. Both very clean. Shared kitchen available so you can prepare your breakfast in the morning. The hotel is located in the upper part of the town so you get a really nice, almost panoramic view.
Cons: I was travelling with my mum, I booked a triple room so that we could have separate beds. When we arrived it appeared that both triple rooms were already taken and we were put in a double, with one double bed. We were not comfortabale. I was asked if that was ok - well I said OK, that was the only room available... Nevertheless, when guests from "our" initially booked room left the next day, I asked whether any triples would be free to move to, I showed my booking confirmation that said "triple room with separate beds" to make sure I was understood. In the double room you still have the sea view, but since the balcony door are on the side of the building, you don't see anything unless you go outside (that's why the room is quite dark). We had some rainy weather and so it was impossible to have breakfast while looking at the sea. All this made my whole experience a bit disappointing and I hate to say this because Violetta is a lovely person who tries to make you feel at home.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: We were extremely pleased about our time here- the view from the terrrace is spectacular and the the room is equipped with eveything you might need- coffee pots, fridge in the room, access to a full shared kitchen, a table and charis on the terrace- and lots of homey touches from Violetta- olives, homemade cookies etc. She is an awesome host!
Cons: a softer bed?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a wonderful stay. The location and view were stunning, and the room immaculately clean and very comfortable. Violetta was a marvellous, extremely friendly hostess, picking us up from the bus-stop on arrival and dropping us off there on departure. She provided us with delicious home -made Greek delicacies, and went out of her way to be helpful and informative. We would highly recommend Violetta's Rooms

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything is perfect
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Because of my trip I couldn’t stay more than one night. Which is very unfortunate because Koroni Village is a small paradise. The hosts are extraordinary. The apartments and, especially, the garden are a dream. Everything is made with love and ,meraki’. I hope I can come again and enjoy the place more.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: What did I like? Everything! If heaven exists Koroni Village is a part of it! Object located very close to the sea (1 min. walk) and nice beach. In fact object consists of couple of separate houses where both, upper and lower levels are rented. But more important is that entries to each of the houses and levels are located at different site which gives you almost complete privacy. For the whole of our stay we knew that other people are living on the upper level and other houses but... we didn't see them! Somebody who projected the whole location was a very smart guy. We had a beautiful view on olive trees. Indoor parking available.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Amazing apartment, situated in a beautiful estate with gardens and flowers, decorated with style and personality. Extremely helpful and friendly owners.
Cons: Internet connection was poor (which is, however, an overall issue in the vicinity). The short lane towards the parking lot is full or rocks: you may feel sorry for your car....
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very clean everything you needed great showers loads of hot water nice garden very friendly and helpful owners great taverna just down the road
Cons: A little far from the main town

Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place was quiet - although being right on the beach the waves were more noisy than I expected the first night and then I got used to it. It was clean and the owner was helpful and friendly. I liked having use of a kitchen and the "treats" left out for us. It was very clean. And easy to walk into the town, upto the castle and monastery and over to Zaga beach which is much bigger. Koroni is very nice.
Cons: Nothing except one guest making "coffee" at 1.30 in the morning!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: A delightful surprise in a wonderful, not over-developed town with the engaging feel of an old Greek coastal village, and a spectacular nearby beach (Zara). Neighbors in the apartments report that they are annual visitors, and we can readily understand why. Koroni is a gem of a town and the Xenios Zeus rooms a perfect way to visit.
Cons: Our stay was too short!

Pros: Great pool & location (5 min drive out of Koroni).

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff are very helpful, hotel is very nice and views are stunning
Cons: We had to wait to be seated at breakfast. The waits were not very long, but still one feels they should have a solution for this.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The location is one of the best ever seen in Greece. An amazing sea-view from nearly all areas of the hotel including the infinity pool area. The hotel has only a small number of rooms and is a silent and relaxing retreat. Some of the suites include a private pool and terrace which are really awesome. The staff was amazingly friendly and gave us the feeling it came from their hearts. I definitely will come back again and can recommend it!
Cons: It is really very hard to optimize something and my comments should not be taken as "hard critics" as this means suffering on a very high level! Nevertheless some considerations: - the beach area could be improved (old beach beds without pillows etc.) - the aircondition in the room was sometimes not working properly - the drinks at the bar could be improved in an international context related to the prices - the water from the pipes is drinkable water. It is not clear why it is sold via minibars for high prices (also from an ecological standpoint)
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very nice atmosphere, excellent service and the stuff was awesome!
Cons: Gym is a bit to small
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Hotel is basically in the middle of no where. Roads to go to the next villages for a drink or food are extremely narrow and destroyed mountain roads and pretty dangerous. We decided to go in all cases as we were bored sick, also the next village had nothing whatsoever, horrible place. We paid for 03 nights and left after one night only and there was no possibility for refund but we left in all cases, also stuff are pretty rude. The woman called Maritta started of very polite, when we decided to leave it was like Dr. Jackal and Mr. Hide, she was humming in the middle of the conversation, quite scary. She was so surprised & insulted how come we didn't like the place. AVOID FOR SURE THe Whole area is not for tourists by far, stick to the Greek amazing Islands.
Cons: Would never go there if it was free, I mean it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was awesome
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The peaceful atmosphere and the people!
Cons: That we had to leave!
5.0 Okay
Pros: Nothing impressed me
Cons: The hotel does not worth 1000$ a night. The rooms are very old to point where the furniture smells bad and not clean specially the Resturant’s where I found cockroach in my food
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel location and facilities was excellent and the staff professional and charming My family and I had a wonderful time Lovely views and all very restful
Cons: There was very little to see in walking distance so would need a car If it's to get away from it all then this is no problem We had a car so had best of both worlds
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Views over Peroulia beach down to Koroni and across to the Mani from Camvillia's hilltop perch are simply gorgeous. Rooms are well organised and everything worked. As the beach is a stiff walk uphill 1km back to the hotel, its shuttle service which operates virtually on demand is welcome and makes one feel quite spoiled. The beach monitor who looks after everything from rearranging sunbeds and umbrellas to drinks and snacks on the private stretch of sandy beach was unexpected and welcome. Most of all, attention has plainly been given to staff training, and all the staff we encountered were genuinely friendly, efficient and anxious to please. Finally, it's located in a little patch of rustic Greece, largely ignored by mass tourism, where you can still sit in a bar and chat to the locals.
Cons: Being picky because most stuff was pretty excellent, a head high hook for holding the shower over the tubs would be helpful and a more ambitious breakfast fruit presentation would improve matters. Prices for drinks are high.

Pros: Everything was perfect. Staff where lovely, everything was spot on. Rooms are clean, breakfast is extended hill 11am which is perfect. Parking available for free, the view is breath taking and the food in the restaurant is one of the best ever we had in Greece. We going back again next year. Thank you everyone for that family feeling we had. We wish the manager of the hotel all the success.
Cons: There is nothing we didn't like.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stayed here four years ago and it was every bit as good as we remembered. The breakfast is still the best we have had in Greece along with the evening meals in the taverna.
Cons: nothing to dislike
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfasts, good location, Niki especially & the rest of the staff do more than their best to help you have a great stay
Cons: nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The rooms of the hotel were spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and professional. Lovely view from room facing the harbour. Breakfast was plentiful with a variety of fresh local produce. If we wanted something that was not on the buffet, it was happily provided. Lovely taverns around the hotel which were handy for evening meals. However, you could venture to other places, like Koroni which is only 15 minutes away. Good location if you want to visit Koroni, Methoni and Finikounda beach. If you are adventurous and want to see something different, there are some spectacular waterfalls at Polilimnio. The drive was less than an hour. Just be cautious with the short trek through bush land as its rocky, wear sturdy non slip sneakers. The swim in the falls will certainly be a highlight of your trip in Messini as it was for us.
Cons: It is basic accommodation. It is far from Kalamata, if your looking for clubs and more of an upbeat night life.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The apartment is spacious and cosy. It is located in the villas across the road from a hotel, less than a minute walk to te hotel facilities. It has a private shaded parking, two rooms, a bathroom, kitchenete, dining table and a large balcony overviewing the courtyard. It is cleaned daily and the sheets are changed every second day. The staff is great and there to meet any requirements we had. The location is good for exploring the area, max an hour drive away from the sights: Methoni and Koroni castles, Pylos and Navarino Castle, archeological site of Messinia. There are nice beaches in the area too. We mostly liked the Peroulia beach, a beautiful sandy beach only 10 minutes away. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone interested in tranquille vacation away from the crowds.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The choice on the dinner menu and the food were excellent. The buffet breakfast had plenty of variety orange juice freshly squeezed, the drinks were not overpriced, and the olive oil was the best I've ever tasted,, all of the staff were friendly and helpful especially Nicky. Thank you
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: The staff was very friendly
Cons: Bookings advertisement is misleading. Photos appear as if on water when in fact it’s across the street in isolated area. Very unimpressive.
7.5 Good
Pros: Sea side Location and staff that works there.
Cons: Needs renovation (old fashioned rooms) / More prompt regarding check-in time. We arrived with our toddler at 1:30 and they told us check in was at 2 which is fine. However, we had to check in at 3:20 because the staff had not prepared the room. The owner simply claimed that they didn't have enough time to prepare the room but I don't see how that was our problem. She was not very understanding and that annoyed us because she gave others precedence even though we had a small child. Also, the coffee at breakfast was like water (I had to buy coffee from the place next door).
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location. Friendly staff. Safe parking available.
Cons: Wi-Fi. Smell of food inside the room at night as room was just on top of restaurant
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice and helpful staff...big and clean room ...good breakfast

Pros: Great location, a few minutes from several local Greek tavernas. Very quiet and chilled. Breakfast was very nice, situated over-looking the sea. Lunch and dinner also very good, traditional Greek options. Whole place immaculately clean
Cons: The beach is pebble/shingle/rock, beach shoes almost essential for comfortable entrance/exit to the sea.

Pros: The morning food
Cons: The TV is not working plus the Wi-Fi is no good
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Private, cozy beach + big swimming pool. Very clean room and tasty food in the restaurant.

Pros: The breakfast was great, the food in the restaurant as well. The staff was extremely polite and responsive. Overall, the area and hotel exceeded my expectations.
Cons: -
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff was pleasant, always with a smile and doing a good job and being hospitable. I liked the quality of the breakfast. The price was right for what was being offered. The property was kept clean at all times and I had comfortable sleep. I also liked having a pool, even though I did not use it, as an alternative to going to the beach. Overall satisfied with my stay.
Cons: The hotel is a run down building, well past its time for renovation. Wifi reception was not good and in my room the hair dryer was not working. Parking space was just enough, if more people were staying it would be an issue.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Beech terrace Spotless clean Lovely people
Cons: Swimming pool at the front of the property ,a bit far from the terrace bar. Mattresses could be better
10.0 Excellent
Pros: What a hotel.....right on the sea front. We had our delecious meals looking out to the sea... afew feet away!! Room was just as described, fridge for your cold drinks and snacks, balcony, towels and shampoo provided free of charge.. hairdrier too! We were greeted by the family owners.... showed us to our room.... then brought ice cold water and watermelon... which was amazing! thank you for what has been the best holiday for a long time. Will be back here again and again
Cons: Nothing at all...............excellent value. Food was out of this world........ i recomment the slouvaki
9.3 Excellent
Pros: It's a very nice family hotel. The personnel is very friendly and caring, keen to meet all the requests of the guest. We stayed with two small kids, the staff cooked us special food, made soups for the kids, although Greeks don't normally eat soup, made oats porridge for us in the morning (with the flakes we brought from home as oats are nowhere to be bought in Greece). The location is wonderful for a leasurely family vacation. The swimming pool is clean and well-kept, the sea is just 50 steps from the hotel. Quiet and harmonious, all of it. The hotel has sunbeds and a very nice stretch of the sea with rock mounds at the sides. 100 meters to the left there is a good wild sand beach. And another thing we will remember is the food. The cook is perfect! Everything was super-delicious. We went to the west Peloponnese after Agios Andreas and nowhere did we eat so well. Grilled meat, chicken, seafood, everything at the Francisco Hotel was superb, really. Special thanks to the cook! And also, comparing to Kyparissia, the sea on this side of the peninsula is very calm, during the 14 days we stayed at Francisco there were hardly any waves. It's a huge bonus for small kids. In the west it's more windy and the sea is turbulent most of the time.
Cons: You better pay after each meal rather than all at once at the end of your stay, because it can all be a bit messy, with waiting personnel taking shifts and not remembering something or not keeping track of things. We payed for a half-board and ordered some extras, items that were not included in our meal plan, and there was some confusion at the end with the bills, some having wrong dates on them and all. And another thing - the pillows were very uncomfortable, they are hard and my neck ached every morning, and the kids chose to sleep without a pillow. I don't know why no one wrote about it in the comments, for me it was a huge discomfort.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Food at the restaurant was excellent. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Kids enjoyed swimming in both the pool and snorkelling off the small beach. 5 min walk to waterfront area with cafes and bars.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: This a wonderful, authentic little Greek hotel and for us, the Francisco was perfect. If you appreciate everything that the real, untouched Greece can offer, then you will find everything you need here: fantastic location, stunningly beautiful scenery, wonderfully peaceful Greek village (minus horrendous mass tourism), simple, straightforward Greek cuisine and spotlessly clean rooms. We had a fabulous holiday and would recommend the hotel unreservedly.
Cons: There was nothing to dislike!

Pros: The hotel is very centrally located in the heart of Koroni. Parking is available for free at a nearby location. Lots of restaurants and bars around, as the hotel is located on the main commercial street. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and the room was clean and tidy.
Cons: Room was tiny, felt as if the owner tried to squeeze as many rooms as possible on each floor of the hotel. The bed mattress was quite hard. The window did not have black-out curtains. No elevator, yet the owner helped us with the luggage which was very kind of him.

Pros: Very friendly family running the hotel. Fantastic sea view balcony. Not far from the beach. Clean. Traditional breakfast with sea view again. They let us charge our electric car on one of their plugs (though they were the only hotel during our vacations who charged us for that).
Cons: It's an old hotel and you notice that in everything, but I think that if you see this as a time-travel to the 70s you can enjoy your stay :)

Cons: The view and thé friendliness of the staff

5.0 Okay
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff
Cons: holiday village from the seventies, not much has been upgraded since then. Mass all inclusive tourism, needing to struggle to find a sun-bed or a table for lunch or dinner. Next morning's breakfast, the food remains from the previous dinner could still be found on the floor of the restaurant.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: No. It was horrible. No 4 stars at all. Rooms with Very Poor conditiins, air conditiing smelling The food also Very bad
6.8 Good
Pros: great food and pleasant atmosphere
Cons: terrible free wifi and even worse paid wifi! I paid 20 EUR private wifi fee and couldn't even read emails! Aslo several times after the room was cleaned the door was left open! cleaning stuff not only did not lock it, they left the door wide open
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Location is super, bungalow, large pool, friendly staff and animation team, sea view, different food menu, fresh fruits.
Cons: Actually that was super place to stay, but there are things what your should to know: - most visitors are from France or Poland ( animation teams are french or polish speakers). During daytime animation teams using english as well but late evenings shows are pure french; - the beach is a little bit rocky, not soft sand and sunbeds cost 12.- EUR per day (all inclusive package). For simple visitor 24.- EUR; - Wifi available only public area, very slow speed; - sometimes happens short cuts of electricity ( small problem); - all free cocktails (all inclusive packet) tasting like in chemical laboratory, even rum&cola.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice location and comfortable bed.
Cons: The water in the shower was cold
5.0 Okay
Pros: Great view.
Cons: There is paid WiFi, the bed was uncomfortable, the AC is noisy and inefficient and there was no proper water pressure. Tasteless and pour coocked food and the dishes were not properly cleaned. In my opinion this hotel is overrated and overpriced.

Cons: Mugs in room so we could use kettle and Maybe tea bags
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location and the balcony view
Cons: A bit old
8.3 Excellent
Pros: This is a very hard review to write. Its rustic charm isn't everyone "cup of tea" Personally, we loved this very rustic small guest house with its balcony metres away from the sea & tiny beach, set on the very outskirts of this smallish town. But it is very rustic, & not the most modern generally. The furniture was clearly very old but had recently been painted and was more than serviceable. There was a full sized 'fridge, new electric kettle, coffee maker & air con unit & the whole of the outside was being painted, so clearly upgrades are in progress. While you can't park right outside the property there is plenty of free parking a very short (flat) walk at the port car park. Our hostess was very pleasant & hospitable & despite the language barrier both sides made ourselves understood. She offered us a slightly larger room when we arrived which we welcomed.
6.8 Good
Pros: The view from the balcony was nice Nice atmosphere at the edge of the village Close to the castle and gardens
Cons: Very small (just enough room for the bed +15 cm on each side) A bit dated Could have been cleaner
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location and the view from the room. It was fantastic to listen to the sound of the waves. The room was small, but had a little balcony looking over the harbour. Facilities are basic, but clean. The location is great, tucked away a dead end lane, but still close to the centre. Excellent value, although you are left to your own devices possibly a little too much.
Cons: The room and bathroom are very small, especially for a large person 1.9m tall. Communication was a little sparse and there was no name on the building. The beach looked a little sad, but this was probably due to the cyclone a few days before.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Our room directly overlooked the sea and was near the end of a run of buildings. So it was quiet and we were able to sleep with the window open only hearing the sound of the sea.
Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, beautiful cove for swimming. Quiet, but just 100 metres from the town centre. Balcony overlooking sea. Bathroom was clean.
Cons: One room had a large bed for the size of room, so it was a bit cramped.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Private, secluded. Excellent beach access, but not if you don't like seaweed!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location right by the sea with a view of the harbour and the castle from the balcony. Little beach outside so you can walk from your room to swim. Close to the restaurants.Simple facilities but all you need.
Cons: Nothing
