Pros (+) Cheap, second rooms bed was comfortable. AC in first room worked well. Close to downtown and train station.
Cons (-) Bugs in the first rooms bathroom. They moved us but didn't apologize or discount the room. could use new bed in the first room as it was very uncomfortable. the ac in the second room did not work well. The blankets could be replaced-- looked very old.

Pros (+) The family that owns/operates this motel is so kind and considerate; there was free water, juice, snacks, coffee, and tea available. They treat their guests like actual people and it was quite nice. The room was incredibly clean, great attention to detail. I will be staying here for any return trip I have to the area!

We used to live in Alamosa, and this motel is very much like coming back to a home there. Recent renovations are nice. There was a new television in the room with a good selection of channels and a strong signal.
