10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good; the cookies the first night we were there was a nice treat - we got there just after 3 pm so lucked out in that the cookies had just been made. Flavored water was plentiful and we were able to fill our bottles often.
Cons: Our room was right next door to the preparation area for breakfast. Work started on the breakfast between 5 and 6 am each morning, so the noise did pick up. Turning on the A/C helped to offset the noise somewhat, but if you want to sleep in and go to breakfast later, the 1st floor end of hall room might not be the best choice (room 100). It was conveniently located by the exit so made it easy to leave.
10.0 Excellent

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location. On main road but still quiet. Would return.
Cons: The pool was down for matainence.
5.0 Okay
Cons: A little pricy for value received. Maybe competition dictates price, but would stay at newer, nicer hotels in the future for just a little more. Rooms were not very well insulated. Adjoining room and exterior noise levels not very good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice and clean
Cons: Nothing
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: They have good rooms that are up to date. The rooms were clean and the beds were not bad to sleep on.The free breakfast was good a lot to choose from not just milk and a bagel.
Cons: I paid extra for a swimming pool and spa but they were closed so I paid extra for nothing. This location is more like a motel were the rooms are not inside a building but rather when you walk out you room door you are out side.
7.5 Good
Pros: Good breakfast
Cons: Couldn’t get a room with wheelchair accessible bath. Don’t know if one wasn’t here or just already booked.
7.5 Good
Cons: Entrance driveway was hard to see. Sc system dried me out and gave me a sinus headache.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very Clean, Quiet, Great Pool
Cons: Bathroom could be updated.
5.8 Okay
Pros: - Nice breakfast served by 6 am or earlier if requested. - Clean room and bathroom
Cons: - Even though it is an Inn it is infact a motel, having no single entry to the building. The leasing office is in a stand alone small building. Anybody from the street is able to walk up to the door of the room at any point of time, people are not required to enter the building through a single entry. Felt unsafe. - Too pricey for the type and set up.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was a new hotel, family operated, excellent staff, clean bed, comfortable, not to far from downtown Alamosa, plenty of parking, and the owner was helpful. We're satisfied and thankful for their service. I highly recommend this hotel.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect for our plans. Breakfast was good. Room was very nice. Having a sink in the room as well as in the bathroom was an added bonus. Everything was new since it is a brand new hotel. Half of it was not even finished yet and the elevator was just finished and was being inspected the day we left.
Cons: The staff was very friendly and very nice. However, they need to be trained on such things as good restaurants and activities in the area. They really knew nothing about these when we asked for help.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It is a great price, great location, and well taken care of and clean.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Smells fresh and new
Cons: The bathroom exhaust fan ran continiously...
5.4 Okay
Cons: really single ply tp?
7.5 Good
Pros: Quiet room, central location, right price. Comfortable bed. Staff was friendly. Felt safe.
Cons: Overall bit spartan room / hotel. Just the basic hotel. Bit nicer than Hotel 6, but not as nice as a Comfort Inn. No Kleenix in room, so blew my nose in toilet paper. Hair dryer button broken, turn it on by plugging it in. No room on the bathroom sink to set your stuff, counter top too small. Mirror on bathroom wall hung too low, had to bend down to see my head.
7.0 Good
Pros: Newer hotel.
Cons: Still being completed. Only one very small ironing board and iron for all guests to share. This is very inconvenient. I had communicated with and received confirmation for an early check in. Was told upon arrival that our room was not ready and to return at 3 pm for a regular check in. We have stayed here before and while our experience was fair, it leaves me to wonder if the low price is a fair value.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was very nice, staff were professional, helpful and friendly
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Believe the hotel is being remodeled and everything is new. Still needs a few finishing touches but overall excellent.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff. Happy to give out suggestions for where to go for dinner in town.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Good bed. Helpful receptionist
Cons: Landscaping needs help desperately.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was clean and comfortable and quiet
Cons: It was a older motel and could tell had been in bad shape they have worked on it but needs more detail work done. The bathroom is very small
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was very clean and the lady at check-in was very personAble and helpful. The room was extremely clean with updated bathrooms. The room had an AC window unit. Complimentary water/juice in fridge. Coffee pot, microwave, and mini fridge in room.
Cons: We didn’t have much floor space for our luggAge but we were only there to sleep so that wasn’t a real issue. My teens had a difficult a time seeing past the “outdated” decor of the “motel” at first but quickly realized it was clean and unique. I’m sure they will remember it more than the other modern hotel we have stayed in :-)
10.0 Excellent

7.0 Good
Pros: Though it is an older hotel they have kept up on updating carpet and baths. Very clean and quiet. No amenities but they do throw a small bag of ice in the freezer for you and have a couple of cold drinks also in the fridge and some snacks. Nice touch.
Cons: For the price even during peak season it is a good little hotel.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It's dated and quirky, but in a nice kind of way--clean and well-kept overall.
Cons: Our room was literally five feet from a busy highway, so the noise would be problematic for light sleepers.

5.5 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: No kleenex or dispenser; no smoke alarm, because it was an empty hole in the ceiling; a/c was not on when we arrived--very hot; mini- fridge was not plugged in which I had to do by moving furniture; night light did not work because it needed to be plugged in behind the bed.

Pros: The staff were friendly
Cons: The family room was not clean, there were crumbs under the sofa bed and stains on the carpet and chair. The rooms and passages had a mouldy smell and the air conditioner kept me awake, it was so noisy ( we had switched it off but the sound came from outside). The breakfast area didn’t look inviting at all, we chose to not make use of the free breakfast.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast buffet provided with grab and go options. Comfy beds. Great staff.

4.5 Okay
Pros: The pillows were comfortable and it was pretty quiet given it was a Friday night.
Cons: Way over priced for the condition of the place. The non-smoking room reeked of smoke. It had been repainted but was old.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nothing to complain about It was all great.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Location and availability
Cons: Rugs need cleaning entry area and rooms, light over sink not working, thin towels, brown wall stain drips on wall in room, breakfast needs work.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Price
Cons: Bottom of tub was dirty or stained and just after bringing bags to our room the manager came knocking on the door yelling manager accusing us of having a dog because her dogs barked when I walked down the hall with my bags. Jokes on you, no dog here. Woof
9.5 Excellent
Pros: BREAKFAST WAS O.K.......AT CHECK IN, THE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT.....VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EFFICIENT.....

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast
Cons: Liked it better than much older hotel downtown. Ten times better.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The property is located pretty close to downtown. Rooms were clean and my family all loved their breakfast. They also have hot tubs available, we didn’t get to use it but saw other family using it. Looked good.
Cons: No complaints.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location was great ... out of the middle of town where all the hustle & bustle is going on. Although we called the look of the hotel "dated" ... it was nice, quiet, clean and breakfast was included (not the largest selection ... but coffee, cereal, yogurt, waffles, fruit ... who can complain!! It gets you going in the AM). Staff was friendly and helpful. Kept the rooms cleaned, towels / wash clothes changed, bed made. Room had a fridge which was nice o keep a few snacks. Pricing was comparable to that of VRBO's we have stayed at ... so that was good. Enjoyed out stay, would return again.
Cons: ONLY thing I would even mention is that of "parking". It seems that many of your guests are "one night stay" people. Since we were in town of a week .... by the time we'd get back from our daily activities .... all the "front spots" would be taken. Thus, we would have to park in the "back lot". Lighting was not the best and "behind the back lot" was a dirt lot used by large trucks and/or storage??
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel far exceeded our expectations. Honestly, this hotel was not our first choice, but the holiday inn and best western were sold out. This hotel was so clean and comfortable. We slept better here than we have all week in far more expensive hotels. Very impressed!! Breakfast was outstanding and the staff very friendly. Very glad we stayed here. This is the best Days Inn I've ever stayed at.
Cons: Nothing. Great stay!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, safe and secure building, clean, great location!
7.5 Good
Pros: Staff was helpful
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Due to being stuck in town due to weather they allowed me to check in after my shift was done after ten pm. The room was clean and heater was on and the room was comfortable.
Valley Motel - Alamosa - Bedroom

7.2 Good (288 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Valley Motel in Alamosa, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Adams State University and Rio Grande Scenic Railroad. Featured amenities include a business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided at no charge.
5.0 Okay
Cons: The room was extremely small.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: I did not eat here. The bed was very comfortable.
Cons: There was a little trash behind the dresser and a someone's sock by the bed.
5.7 Okay
Pros: I was glad that this motel has breakfast. Nothing fancy to be sure, but when you have kids it's nice to be able to feed them something in the morning before you get going. The staff was very friendly and helpful - a very nice family. They also gave us a 20 percent discount card for IHOP next door and that was very nice.
Cons: Although the room was fairly clean, when i moved the nightstand to plug something in, i discovered a huge pile of toenail clippings. Also, the deadbolt did not work. The management said not to worry because the neighborhood is safe and they have cameras. But a murder on camera is still a murder. The bathroom is tiny. The shower sucks. Everything needs caulking. When we arrived at home a couple of days later, i discovered these strange welt-like bites on everyone. Lots of them. Not mosquito. I don't know what. We weren't outside much at all. I hope to God they are not bed bugs. I am taking measures to prevent them from entering my house if this is the case. But what a pain in the butt.
7.5 Good
Cons: When we checked in we weren't given the type of room we booked. I went back and they did make the correction. We booked a room for $89 because it had two beds. She put us in a single room that charged $79 but kept our bill at $89. She did make the correction without a fuss so it worked out okay.

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Close to high way and good
Cons: We booked the room with 2 queen beds online and in the confirmation email it stated / queen beds as well but the beds were full size. There was no blankets, but a bed sheet with a clothe cover.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Its conveniently right as we came into town from the east.
Cons: We called twice from the road & got put on hold both times for 10min without them picking up. When we got there to check in the staff was (from what we could gather) three teenagers at the front desk (about 1am) two of them named Abby or Abigail (the persons who put me on hold, twice)and they were completely unapologetic! The room was fine, but the beds had tiny lumpy pillows and blankets so thin you could see through them! In the morning the food just smelled and looked pathetic and the food service area so unkempt we didn't even bother for freight of getting sick. We payed almost $170 for the night for two queen beds for two kids and two adults but all of us barely slept because the beds were so uncomfortable. I would have expected that kind of stay for $50/night but the rate for those accommodations was ridiculous! Worst Hotel Ever

6.3 Good
Pros: The location was unexpectedly close to where I was going. The staff was helpful in showing me where I can go eat at.
Cons: Online it mentioned a restaurant and a bar. Neither were open. Nor was the water park. Since the entire hotel was under renovation the price should been cheaper.
1.0 Poor
Pros: The fact that they had ac
Cons: Everything else awful place run by children who know no respect. I was not greeted when I walked in. There were teenagers running the show with their friends who didn't work there behind the counter I have stayed in rough hotels but I think this was the j
4.3 Okay
Pros: beds were comfortable.
Cons: THE MOTEL WAS TORN APART AND UNDER CONSTRUCTION. STACKED MATRESSES, FURNITURE. AND CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS ALL OVER THE CENTRAL AREA. THE BEAUTIFUL POOL AND HOT TUB SHOWN ON THE WEB SITE WERE TORN APART ALONG WITH THE WATERFALL AREA. THE ROOM SMELLED BAD, THERE WAS A DRYER SHEET STUFFED INTO THE AC FILTER WHICH DID NOT MITIGATE THE ODOR. THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED WELL. WE WERE GIVEN A ROOM ON THE SECOND FLOOR WITH NO ELEVATOR TO GET THERE, AND I AM HANDICAPED. THE STAFF WERE VERY APOLOGETIC AND FRIENDLY. FOR A PRICE OF 155 DOLLARS, THIS IS THE WORST MOTEL EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was nice and the bathroom was clean. The staff were fabulous. We had an issue where cigarette smoke was coming through the bathroom vent (we think from the room below us) and they switched our room right away no questions asked.
Cons: Everything looked clean, however in the first room my dog found tortilla chips under the bed and in the second room she found a bone (from bbq maybe) under the bed.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing ...
Cons: Location left a lot to be desired - Had to set AC to 62 to get any cool air - We took one look at their Breakfast options and left - Did not want to walk on carpet in my bare feet - The blanket on the bed was no thicker than a second sheet - I have had much better rooms for 25% less
4.5 Okay
Pros: That I could get a room fast
Cons: My room was fine but the bathroom was so dirty the shower was not clean and the toilet look like it wasnt cleaned for months. There was dirt piled up behind the bathroom door, the hall on the first floor was so dirty , there was trash piled up outside the trash cans it smelled bad the carpet was not vaccummed. Looked very bad
