We have rezervation for Hotel Gergana but when I go there they tell as to go to another hotel because they don’t have rooms for as. An acceptable.
Quiet place with a lot of greenery. Beachfront. Generally safe for kids. Food was decent.
Cleanliness is surely not a priority for management. Really dated rooms (some are renovated) - our (7M) had spider nets on the bathroom door and a lot of dirt on the window shades, i.e. was not cleaned for ages. Interior is communist 80s with some paint. A/C has the smell of mold when turned on but if you switch it off the heat is unbearable. Sand on the beach was not properly cleaned for quite some time - a lot of old cigarette butts. One nice playground but looks abandoned - bits of it were missing. Generally looks like a welfare holiday facility.
Staff, place, food in restaurant, everything ok.
All was great. I have nothing to remprove
Great location. Safe for little kids. Good food. Animation team was great and regularly engaged with the kids.
Subpar and outdated rooms. Bathroom flooded from shower every day. More fitting for a 2 star hotel; definitely not 4 stars. Most of the staff seemed unhappy and demotivated.
Nestled on the beach, this Albena property is within 12 mi (20 km) of Nirvana Beach, Golden Sands Beach, and Cabacum Beach. Aladzha Monastery is 10.6 mi (17.1 km) away.
