Pros (+) Staff are friendly, specific requests taken care of promptly. Gift shop has legitimately nice jewelry and gifts. Elevators are prompt.
Cons (-) Bathrooms are tiny, barely vented, mismatched chipped paint, cracked lock, janky switch, just worn out. Chair doesn't rise high enough to use a laptop on the desk, no USB ports. I left a charger in the room and they couldn't find it later that day. Internet is really slow, even for basic web browsing.
