I liked the front desk lady, Meta. She was very kind. The room had a fridge in it.
I did not like that the slide on the pool is only open on weekends. This information was NOT listed prior to me booking. That slide was the deciding factor in me booking this hotel. I also did not like that there was no complementary breakfast included in the price of the room.
The location was great! Easy on and off the Interstate! The room was comfortable and cool.. Th
The only negative was the noisy people across the hall, and that's not the hotels fault.
Everything was horrible! I asked for a roll away bed they said they couldn’t accommodate it. The last night I told the housekeeper and she said yes they do have them and we can use it. So out of the 3 nights my son slept uncomfortable for 2 of them. Breakfast was $12 per person RIDICULOUS!!! Our bathroom sink was stopped up the whole time even though they said they’d send maintenance. The restroom knob fell off the sink.
The room was very noisy and air conditioners didn’t work at all.
