Newly refurbished in July 2019, great rooms, location, and staff!
Breakfast options were good. Mostly ate the kettle oatmeal. Yogurt and fruit were also available daily. Loved that fact that I could open my window and let the cool night air in. We were far enough from the Interstate that the noise was muted. The immediate neighborhood quieted down reasonably early too. Having the eatery complex Green Jeans right next door was a big plus. Good food - especially the pizza - and coffee. Also Southwestern food and fresh-made ice cream.
Internet connection was very problematic for me. The pool was quite dirty. Could have been maintained better. Bed and pillows were too soft for my liking, but I still got a good night's sleep.
Super loud ac unit in room Headboard shared wall with elevator shaft 1st floor lobby is a mess
We had booked a room at a different hotel and were appalled by the conditions. We have a 4 month old and the previous room was unsafe for her. So I went back onto book.com and found this gem of a hotel. We breathed a sigh of relief when we checked in, because the place was clean, quiet, and indeed we had a non-smoking room. It was beyond perfect and we slept like babies. Bonus, the breakfast was so good and we left as happy customers!
Nothing! Even the construction was a welcome bonus compared to the previous hotel we were at! Thank you again for such an amazing stay!
Breakfast buffet was excellent. Had emergency almost forgot about our Tracey while visiting. Thanks
Not much pretty much left alone
