Pros (+) The SPG club lounge was nice. Offered fresh fruit and drinks any time of the day. Location was easy to navigate around.
Cons (-) Our hotel room was booked 3 weeks in advance. When we arrived we were told that the room style we had book had been all sold out. We were then told we were being "upgraded." The new room we had was a smaller room with two queen beds instead of one king. The only upgrade to the room was were on the 15th floor in the Starwood Preferred Guest rooms.
